تحليل كاربرد رنگ آبي در تصوير سازي شخصيت"مجنون" در نگارگري ايراني دوره‌هاي تيموري و صفوي

The Analysis of Blue Color Usage for "Majnun’s" Clothing in Persian Painting of Timurid and Safavid Periods

داستان ليلي و مجنون از مشهورترين آثار ادبيات عرفاني است كه مورد توجه نگارگران ايراني نيز بوده است. در آثار شاخص نگارگري ايراني دوره‌هاي تيموري و صفوي، در رنگ‌آميزي تنپوش شخصيت مجنون از رنگ آبي استفاده شده است. سوال اصلي تحقيق آن است كه «علت استفاده از رنگ آبي در رنگ‌آميزي تنپوش مجنون در نگارگري دوره‌هاي تيموري و صفوي چيست؟» هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناسايي بخشي از مباني نظري رنگ‌ها در نگارگري ايراني و كشف ارتباط نگارگري ايراني با آموزه‌هاي تصوّف است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه نگارگر در انتخاب رنگ تنپوش مجنون به‌طور كامل از توصيف متن پيروي نكرده است. در نهايت اثبات مي‌شود كه استفاده از اين رنگ نتيجه آموزه‌هاي صوفيانه و در جهت معرفي مجنون به‌عنوان سالك طريق عرفان و عشق الهي بوده و كاركرد نمادين داشته است. پژوهش حاضر به‌روش توصيفي- تحليلي انجام شده و روش گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و مشاهده آثار بوده است.

The story of "Laili and Majnun" is one of the most famous mystical literary works that has been paid attention to by Iranian painters. In the Timurid and Safavid significant miniature works, "Majnun" has always been portrayed wearing the color blue. In this paper, the main research question is “what is reason for using the color blue for “Majnun’s” clothing in the Timurid and Safavid miniature works?” The main goal of this research is to identify a part of color theory in Persian Painting and to reveal its relation to Sufism teachings. The results indicate that with regard to the choice of the color of “Majnun’s" clothing, the painter has not entirely followed the text description. It is finally proved that this color is used as a result of the sufi teachings to introduce “Majnun” as a seeker of the way of mysticism and love of god, and had a symbolic function. This research is done on the basis of descriptive-analytical method and its data is collected through library research and observation of the works.
