The impact of cyberspace and the relevant networks on the disintegration of families

سايبر پيشوندي است براي توصيف يك شخص، يك شي، يك ايده و يا يك فضا كه مربوط به دنياي كامپيوتر و اطلاعات است. واژه هاي تركيبي بسياري از اين كلمه سايبر بوجود آمده است : فضاي سايبر،شهروند سايبر، پول سايبر ،فرهنگ سايبر، راهنمايي فضاي سايبر ، تجارت سايبر، كانال سايبر و ….اينترنت يكي از پيچيده ترين قسمت هاي سايبر است كه توسعه آن در حال حاضر باعث تحولات شگرفي در زندگي انسانها شده است . روند رشد و پيشرفت اينترنت به معناي فضاي سايبر آنقدر گسترده شده است كه تقريبا اكثر انسانها به اين تكنولوژي وابستگي پيدا كرده اند. در اين گزارش بيشتر بر روي ابعاد مختلف فضاي سايبر كه بر روي مخاطب تاثير گذاري هاي مختلفي دارد ، بحث خواهيم كرد .حركت شتابان تكنولوژي ارتباطات و انتقال اطلاعات باعث گرديده كه تعامل و در هم آميختگي افراد و جوامع به شكل سرسام آوري افزايش بيابد.كه اين مسيله، خواه ناخواه آثار و پيامدهايي به همراه خواهد داشت. دراين مقاله سعي شده است تاماهيت فضاي مجازي و زير مجموعه هاي آن مانند شبكه هاي اجتماعي مورد بررسي قرار بگيرد و پس از معرفي مسايل فوق الذكر به تشريح رويكرد هاي حقوق خصوصي در قبال اين مخاطرات در ايران و ساير كشورهاي جهان پرداخته شود. تعامل با فضاي مجازي، استفاده بهينه از آن، شناسايي و پيشگيري از خطرات احتمالي و ارايه راهكاريي براي كاهش تاثير موارد ذكر شده بر ميزان از هم پاشيدگي از نكاتي است كه به عنوان نتيجه بحث مطرح مي گردد.##

Cyber is a prefix used to describe a person, an object, an idea or a space that is related to the computer world and information. Different word combinations are created from ‘cyber’: cyberspace, cyber citizenship, cyber money, cyber culture, cyberspace tips, cyber-commerce, cyber channel and the like. The Internet represents one of the most complex parts of cyber and its development has already caused profound changes in the lives of human beings. Growth and development of the Internet as cyberspace has become so extensive that almost all human beings have become dependent on this technology. The current study reports on those aspects of cyber space which have had differing impacts on users. The rapid growth of information technology and information transfer have brought about unprecedented interaction and intermingling of different individuals and societies. Whether we like it or not, this has had some consequences. In the current study, an attempt is made to gain insights into the nature of cyberspace and its related networks. In addition, the study has sought to investigate the approaches in private law to deal with the threats of the cyberspace in Iran and other countries. Interaction with cyberspace, its recognition and prevention of possible dangers and the solutions do decrease the impact of the cyberspace on disintegration of families are some of the findings of the study. ##
