بررسي مقايسه‌اي ازدواجهاي پايدار رضايتمند و ازدواجهاي در حال جدايي (مطالعه كيفي)

Comparative Study of Happy, Stable Marriages and Dissolving Marriages (A qualitative Study)

پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و مقايسه عوامل مؤثر در ازدواجهاي پايدار رضايتمند با عمري بيش از 20 سال و عوامل مؤثر در طلاق زوجين انجام گرفت. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري نمونه‌گيري‌ها ادامه يافت و داده‌هاي دو گروه مبتني بر روش نظريه زمينه‌اي، مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج دو گروه نشانگر اين است كه سفري به‌سوي بالندگي يا از هم‌پاشي ازدواج مقوله مركزي الگوي يافته هاي پژوهش است. مقوله شكل‌گيري مناسب ازدواج جزء شرايط علّي براي ازدواج پايدار رضايتمند است؛ عوامل درون‌شخصي (نگرشهاي مؤثر و ويژگيهاي شخصيتي مناسب)، بين شخصي (منظومه زناشويي و والديني و چند نسلي كارامد) و فرا شخصي (مالي و كاري) از جمله عوامل مداخله‌اي (ميانجي) مؤثر در ازدواج پايدار است. پيامد نهايي، رضايتمندي (از خود، همسر، فرزندان) و پايداري ازدواج بود. هم چنين نتايج ازدواجهاي در حال جدايي حكايت دارد كه مقوله شكل‌گيري نامناسب ازدواج جزء شرايط علّي ازهم‌پاشيدن ازدواج است و عوامل درون شخصي (نگرشهاي ناكارامد، ويژگيهاي شخصيتي نامناسب)، بين شخصي (منظومه زناشويي و والديني و چند نسلي ناكارامد) و فرا شخصي (مالي و كاري) ازجمله عوامل مداخله‌اي (ميانجي) مؤثر در ازدواجهاي در حال جدايي است. شرايط زمينه‌اي در زوجين متقاضي طلاق شامل رواج طلاق در خانواده اصلي، سابقه اعتياد و دوستي با افراد با ازدواجهاي ناموفق بود.

This study is aimed at identifying and comparing the factors impacting on happy, stable marriages lasting more than 20 years and the factors influencing divorcing couples. Using purposeful sampling, the sampling process continued until theoretical saturation. The obtained data were analyzed on the basis of grounded theory. The results indicate that a journey toward a thriving or dissolving marriage is the core issue of the pattern of the research findings. Proper marriage foundation is one of the causal conditions of a happy, stable marriage. Intrapersonal factors (efficient attitudes and proper personality traits), interpersonal factors (efficient marital, parental and multigenerational systems) and metapersonal factors (financial and occupational) are among the intervening (mediating) conditions affecting stable marriages. The final outcomes were satisfaction (with self, spouse and children) and stable marriage. Also, the results related to divorcing couples indicate that improper marriage foundation is one of the causal conditions of marriage dissolution and intrapersonal factors (inefficient attitudes and improper personality traits), interpersonal factors (inefficient marital, parental and multigenerational systems) and metapersonal factors (financial and occupational) are among the intervening (mediating) conditions affecting dissolving marriages. The contextual conditions in the couples planning to divorce consisted of prevalence of divorce in the family of origin and history of addiction and friendship with unsuccessful couples.
