The Importance of Information Technology in Creating Occupation and Representation the Possibility Strategies by Using of Fuzzy RuleBased Systems

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثيرات فناوري اطلاعات بر ايجاد اشتغال با استفاده از سيستم‎هاي قاعده‎بنيان فازي اجرا شده است. دليل انتخاب بحث اشتغال به درصد بالاي بيكاري در كشور ايران برمي‎گردد و انتظار اين است كه فناوري اطلاعات بتواند در اين راستا مشاغل جديدي را براي جويندگان تحصيل‎كرده در دسترس قرار دهد. دليل بهره‎مندي از منطق فازي نيز، ماهيت كيفي و زباني شاخص‎هاي ارزيابي راهبرد‎هاست. مدل مفهومي پژوهش، بيان‎كنندۀ اين نكته است كه فناوري اطلاعات تأثير دوگانه‎اي هم بر كاهش اشتغال (در كوتاه‎مدت) و هم بر افزايش اشتغال (در درازمدت) مي‎گذارد. براي دستيابي به هدف انتخاب راهبرد با منطق نزديك به هوش انساني، فرايندي كه هشت مرحله را دربردارد، پيشنهاد و طراحي شده است. نتايج به‎دست‎آمده از استنتاجات فازي، نشان‎دهندۀ تطابق بيشتر آن با واقعيت‎هاي موجود و همچنين، سيستم تفكر انساني و قراردادن امكان وقوع راهبرد‎هاي در دسترس محقق است، چيزي كه در روش‎هاي كلاسيك ارزيابي راهبرد‎ها وجود ندارد.

The present study aimed to investigate the impact of Information Technology on employment using fuzzy rulebased systems. The reason for discussing occupation/employment is related to high rate of unemployment in Iran. In this regard, it was expected that information technologies could provide new jobs for educated job seekers. Fuzzy logic has been adopted in this research due to the linguistic, qualitative nature of the assessment indicators of strategies. The conceptual model of research revealed that information technology plays a dual role in job creation. In the short term, the information technology reduced the employment, however in the long time, increased the employment. In order to achieve the goal of strategy choices with the logic close to human intelligence, an 8step process was proposed and designed. The results of fuzzy inference, indicated a better compliance with the existing realities as well as systems of human thought and the feasibility of available strategies to researcher something not existed in the classical methods of strategy assessment.
