بررسي و ارايه مدل كيفيت ارتباط سرمايه هاي انساني واليبال بانوان ايران

Investigating and Designing a Relationship Quality Model for Human Capital in Iranian womenʹs Volleyball

هدف: تحقيق حاضر، با هدف بررسي و ارايه مدل كيفيت ارتباط سرمايه هاي انساني واليبال بانوان ايران انجام شد. روش شناسي: پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي ـ همبستگي و از نوع پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق را كليه ورزشكاران، مربيان و داوران ليگ برتر واليبال بانوان ايران در سال 1393 تشكيل دادند. نمونه آماري برابر با جامعه شامل 112 نفر بودند. ابزار تحقيق، پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد بودند كه پس از تاييد روايي صوري و محتوايي و پايايي، بين نمونه ها توزيع شد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي پژوهش، از آمار توصيفي (فراواني و درصد فراواني) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون هم خطي چندگانه) از نرم افزار اس‌پي‌اس‌اس نسخه 23 و همچنين جهت بررسي نرمال بودن چندمتغيره، از شاخص مارديا و ارايه مدل معادلات ساختاري تحقيق از نرم افزار ايموس نسخه 24 استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه كيفيت رويداد به طور مستقيم (26/0=B) و نيز غيرمستقيم (از طريق منافع اجتماعي) (55/0=B) بر اعتماد تاثير داشته است كه مجموع تاثير آن بر اعتماد 81/0=B است؛ همچنين كيفيت رويداد، 87/0 در افزايش رضايت مندي موثر است. نتيجه گيري: طبق يافته هاي تحقيق كيفيت رويداد، تاثير نسبتاً بالايي بر رضايت مندي و از طريق منافع اجتماعي بر اعتماد دارد؛ لذا پيشنهاد مي شود، در راستاي اهداف كلان توسعه ورزش كشور، با تمركز بر عناصر كيفيت رويداد ها و منافع اجتماعي جهت رضايت مندي و اعتماد در سرمايه هاي انساني واليبال بانوان حداكثر تلاش از سوي مسيولان مربوطه صورت پذيرد.

Objective: The purpose of the present research work was investigate and designed a relationship quality model for human capital in Iranian womenʹs volleyball. Methodology: This study was descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research work consists of all the athletes, coaches, and referees in the super-league of Iranian womenʹs volleyball in 2014. Also the statistical sample included 112 persons with an equal statistical population. The research tool used was a standard questionnaire, which was distributed among the individuals after their content, face validity, and stability were approved. To analyze the research data obtained, used descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage) and inferential statistics (multicollinearity test) by SPSS v.23 and to study multivariate normality by Mardya index and structural equation modeling by AMOS v.24. Results: Results of the structural equation model demonstrated that the event quality was influential, directly (= B0.26) and indirectly (by social bond) (= B 0.55), on trust, the total influence on it being = B 0.81. Moreover, the event quality increased satisfaction by 87%. Conclusion: Based on the relatively high influence of the event quality on satisfaction through social bond, therefore suggested, in line with the sportʹs development general objective, focusing on the event quality and social bond dimensions to the trust and satisfaction of sportʹs human capital the maximum effort from the womenʹs volleyball of the relevant authorities.
