ارزيابي و رتبه بندي هوش فرهنگي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي با تكنيك تاپسيس فازي

Evaluation and Ranking of Cultural Intelligence of Physical Education Managers in Vocational University by Fuzzy Topsis Technique

هدف: هوش فرهنگي به عنوان يكي از مولفه‌هاي مهم تصميم‌گيري در مديريت است و هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي و رتبه بندي هوش فرهنگي مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي كشور با رويكرد تاپسيس فازي بود. روش‌شناسي: جامعه آماري شامل، 134 نفر از مديران تربيت‌بدني دانشگاه فني و حرفه‌اي بود كه از اين تعداد، 100 نفر با تكميل و عودت پرسش‌نامه در تحقيق شركت كردند و از پرسش‌نامه براي ارزيابي هوش فرهنگي و رتبه‌بندي مديران تربيت‌بدني استفاده شد. پرسشنامه حاوي 20 سوال است كه 4 سوال مرتبط با هوش راهبردي يا فراشناختي، 6 سوال مرتبط با هوش دانشي يا شناختي، 4 سوال مرتبط با هوش انگيزشي و 6 سوال در رابطه با هوش رفتاري بود. در حوزه علم تصميم‌گيري، هوش فرهنگي مديران تربيت بدني بر اساس تكنيك تاپسيس فازي، به عنوان يكي از تكنيك‌هاي چند معياره مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: بر اساس نتايج تحقيق مديران تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي بر اساس ابعاد چهارگانه هوش فرهنگي در قالب مقياس كلامي – فازي مورد سنجش و طبق تكنيك تاپسيس فازي، مورد رتبه‌بندي قرار گرفتند؛ به طوري كه مديران دانشگاه هاي زنجان (دخترانه)، تبريز (پسرانه) و اصفهان (پسرانه) در رتبه اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند؛ همچنين بين هوش فرهنگي و رتبه مديران تربيت بدني، ارتباط مثبت معني داري وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتايج حاصل از تحقيق مي‌توان نتيجه گيري كرد كه هوش فرهنگي براي موفقيت مديران ضروري بوده، با توجه به وجود تفاوت در ميزان هوش فرهنگي، پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه ابتدا ميزان هوش فرهنگي، مورد سنجش قرار گيرد تا پس از شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت مديران، نسبت به دوره‌هاي آموزشي متناسب اقدام شود.

Objective: The cultural intelligence is an important factor for resolving in the management, and the aim of this study was to evaluate and rank the cultural intelligence of managers of physical education in a vocational university using the fuzzy TOPSIS technique. Methodology: The statistical population included managers of physical education vocational university (N = 134). Sample size f was 100 managers. The cultural intelligence questionnaire was used as the research tool. The questionnaire contained 20 questions that included 4 questions related to the strategic or metacognitive intelligence, 6 questions related to cognitive intelligence, 4 questions related to motivation intelligence, and 6 questions related to behavioral intelligence. The cultural intelligence and rank of the physical education managers were evaluated based on the TOPSIS technique. Results: According to the results obtained, managers of physical education in the vocational university were evaluated to base of four dimensions of cultural intelligence in the form of verbal -fuzzy scale and were ranking based on the fuzzy TOPSIS technique; the managers of Zanjan Univ. (girls), Tabriz Univ. (boys), and Isfahan Univ. (boys) were in the first to third levels. Also positive and significant relationship consisted between cultural intelligence and rank in physical education managers also. Conclusions: Based on the results of this research work, it can be concluded that cultural intelligence is essential to the success of managers, and due to the difference in the amount of cultural intelligence, it is first suggested to evaluate the cultural intelligence of managers, and then after identifying their strengths and weaknesses, to plan appropriate educational courses.
