نقش شهرداري الكترونيك در توسعه فضاي شهري (مطالعه موردي: محلات منطقه 6 شهر تهران)

با توجه به سیاست افزایش اختیارات و تقویت شهرداری ها در ادارۀ امور مناطق و اهداف ناحیه محوری و محله گرایی در مدیریت شهری، می توان به جایگاه و نقش كلیدی شهرداری های مناطق و همچنین ضرورت برنامه ریزی جامع و استراتژیك جهت استقرار و توسعۀ خدمات تعاملی در شهرداری های الكترونیك، پی برد. یكی از استراتژی های شهرهای الكترونیك دسترسی شهروندان در تمامی اوقات شبانه روز به پایگاه های داده خدمات دولتی و بخش خصوصی بر روی شبكه وب(سایت) است. هدف از این سنجش میزان استفاده از خدمات درگاه (پورتال) شهرداری الكترونیكی در محلات منطقه شش شهر تهران و ارزیابی سطوح آمادگی شهرداری الكترونیكی تهران است. در فرایند پژوهش، از روش تحقیق توصیفی_تحلیلی و پیمایشی استفاده شده است. در مرحله ی بعد پرسشنامه سنجش میزان استفاده از خدمات درگاه (پورتال) شهرداری الكترونیكی در میان 390 نفر از ساكنان منطقه بصورت تصادفی توزیع گردید. در مرحله ی سوم با آزمون آماری اسپیرمن، رابطه ی میان میزان استفاده از خدمات درگاه (پورتال) شهرداری الكترونیكی و رضایتمندی شهروندان، كاهش ترافیك شهر و مشاركت شهروندان محلات هجدگانه ارزیابی و تحلیل شد. نتایج این آزمون نشان از وجود رابطه مثبت و مستقیم میان میزان استفاده از خدمات درگاه (پورتال) شهرداری الكترونیكی و رضایتمندی شهروندان، كاهش ترافیك شهر و مشاركت شهروندان دارد. به منظور شناسایی زمینه‌های نوآوری و توسعۀ ابعاد خدمات‌رسانی شهرداری‌ها در منطقه با توجه به شرایط موجود در حوزه‌های سیاسی- قانونی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و فنّی- علمی قابلیت ها ارائه شد.
