سو برداشتي تاريخي در مساله غنا با نگاهي به نظريه شيخ انصاري

Historical misunderstanding the issue of singing

موضوع شناسي مفاهيم سه گانه لهو، صوت لهوي، و غنا نقش اساسي در تعيين حكم شرعي آنها دارد. در نوشتار پيش رو صوت لهوي به مفهوم آواز معين بر اثم و غنا به مفهوم صوت مطرب، موضوع حرمت شرعي معرفي شده و لهو تنها در مصاديق منصوصه آن همچون قمار حرام مي باشد. همچنين حرمت مطلق لهو و صوت لهوي به مفهوم آواز متناسب با مجالس لهو و لعب ثابت نيست. در همين راستا، نگارندگان از سو برداشتي تاريخي كه نسبت به بيانات شيخ انصاري در مساله غنا رخ داده است، پرده برداشته و معتقد است كه وي، صوت مطرب (و نه صوت لهوي يا صوت مطرب لهوي) را موضوع حرمت غنا مي دانسته و غناي محرّم در نگاه ايشان ملازمه اي با صوت لهوي به معناي مشهور آن ندارد.

The theme of the triple concepts like playing (Qena), frivolous voice (Lahvi voice) and singing have an essential role in the determination of their religious order and edict. Finally the author believe that forbidden playing is not accompanied with the lahvy voices according to itʹs famous meaning.
