The Effective Variables on the Relations between Iran and United States during World War II (Based on the Increasing Interests of United States in Iran)

تبار‌شناسي مناسبات ايران و آمريكا از حيث شناخت موقعيت جهاني و منطقه‌اي، وضعيت سياسي ايران در دو سده اخير و وقوف بر ديپلماسيِ در دستور كار رجال ايراني درخور توجه به نظر مي‌رسد. نوشتار حاضر با تبيين مهم‌ترين عوامل تأثيرگذار بر ماهيت مناسبات مذكور، در حد فاصل دوران سلطنت قاجار تا سال 1325ش/1947 م، براي پاسخ‌گويي به اين سؤال تلاش مي‌كند كه: ضرورت‌هاي سياسي‌اقتصادي دو كشور در ماهيت و چگونگي مناسبات ميان آن‌ها چه تأثيري گذاشته است؟ دستاورد پژوهش كه با رويكرد توصيفي‌تحليلي انجام شده حاكي از اين است كه تمايل رجال ايراني به حضور قدرت سوم، براي كاستن از فشار قدرت‌هاي سنتي روس و انگليس، با هدف از ميان بردن نابساماني‌هاي اقتصادي و سياسي بود. به علاوه، تلاش آمريكا براي حضور فعال‌تر در عرصه‌هاي سياسي و اقتصادي جهاني و بهره‌برداري از وضع راهبردي ايران، در چگونگي و چرايي اين مناسبات سهم مؤثر داشته است.

The relations between Iran and United states can be considerable for a number of reasons such as the recognition of international and regional position, the political status of Iran in recent two decades and the diplomacy of Iranian authorities. The present essay endeavors not only to determine the effective factors in the relations between Iran and United States during World War II based on descriptiveanalytical approach but also to answer this question: what is the impact of Economic political necessities of Iran and United states on the formation of their relations? The outcomes of research demonstrate that the tendency of Iranian authorities to Third Power was not only for reducing the pressure of Russia and England but also for resolving the economic and political problems. Furthermore, the effort of United States for playing an active role in global economic and political fields and exploiting of the strategic position of Iran can have influence on the relations between two countries.
