روشي جديد براي بهبود توزيع ضخامت ورق در فرايند شكل‌دهي تدريجي

A novel strategy for improvement of sheet thickness distribution in incremental sheet metal forming process

شكل‌دهي تدريجي يك روش نسبتاً جديد در شكل‌دهي ورق‌هاي فلزي است كه مي‌تواند براي توليد تعداد كم قطعات مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. اما يكي از مشكلاتي كه اين روش دارد، نازك شدگي بيش‌ازحد ورق و عدم توزيع يكنواخت ضخامت در راستاي شعاعي آن است. در روش مرسوم شكل‌دهي تدريجي، قسمت ديواره قطعه توليدي كاهش شديد ضخامت را نشان مي‌دهد، در حالي كه ضخامت ورق در منطقه كف قطعه توليدي تغيير نمي‌كند. اين مشكل مانع بزرگي در كاربرد گسترده اين فرايند در صنعت مي‌شود. در اين مقاله يك روش نوين براي اصلاح و بهبود توزيع ضخامت در فرايند شكل‌دهي تدريجي ارائه مي‌شود. در روش جديد ارائه‌شده، يك پيش‌فرم به مراحل شكل‌دهي تدريجي اضافه مي‌شود كه با كاستن از ضخامت در قسمت كف قطعه، منجر به افزايش كمينه ضخامت در منطقه ديواره قطعه و يكنواخت‌تر شدن توزيع ضخامت قطعه مي‌گردد. فرايند شكل‌دهي تدريجي با استفاده از نرم افزار المان محدود آباكوس مدل‌سازي و با نتايج تجربي موجود در مقالات صحه‌گذاري گرديد. سپس روش ارائه‌شده مدل‌سازي گرديد كه نتايج آن نشان‌دهنده قابليت اين روش براي بهبود توزيع ضخامت مي‌باشد.

The incremental forming process which can be used in low quantity production of the components is a relatively new forming process for sheet metal components. One of the problems of this method is thinning and nonuniform thickness distribution of the component in radial direction. In the incremental forming process, the sheet thickness in the wall of the formed cup is reduced considerably while the thickness in the bottom of the formed cup is unchanged. This problem is hindering the wide application of the incremental forming process in the industry. In this paper, a new method is presented for the improvement of the thickness distribution in the incremental forming process. In the presented method, a new preform is added to forming stages which reducing the sheet thickness in the bottom of the formed cup, increases the minimum thickness in the wall of the formed cup and improves its thickness distribution. The incremental forming process are simulated using the software ABAQUS and verified using the experiments available in the literature. Then the proposed method is simulated which its result indicates the capability of the presented method in thickness improvement.
