Designing Electronic Card of Health for Schizophrenic Patients

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این تحقیق طراحی كارت الكترونیك سلامت برای بیماران اسكیزوفرن جهت مدیریت هر چه بهتر اطلاعات بالینی این بیماران می باشد. روش بررسی: این تحقیق در سال ۱۳۹۳ انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تعداد ۴۰ نفر از روانپزشكان متخصص بیمارستان های روانپزشكی روزبه، رازی و ایران تشكیل می دادند. اطلاعات مرتبط با حداقل داده های بالینی و دموگرافیك به روش میدانی و با طراحی چك لیست و مراجعه به روانپزشكان، جمع آوری شد و با به كارگیری روش آمار توصیفی، تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. جهت طراحی كارت الكترونیك سلامت بیماران اسكیزوفرن، از نرم افزارهای مختلف جهت طراحی پایگاه داده، كارت وكارت خوان استفاده شد.  یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج جداول و فراوانی های مشاهده شده، لزوم درج كلیه مولفه های اطلاعات دموگرافیك و اطلاعات بالینی در كارت الكترونیك سلامت توسط جامعه آماری تایید شد. پروژه ی مزبور از سخت افزارهای دستگاه كارت خوان و كارت و از نرم افزار Visual Studio برای برنامه ی كارت تشكیل شده است. جهت طراحی پایگاه داده از نرم افزار مایكروسافت Microsoft SQL Server ۲۰۰۸ استفاده گردیده است.  نتیجه گیری: با به كارگیری كارت الكترونیك سلامت بیمار اسكیزوفرنی، بیمارستان در مدیریت هر چه بهتر اطلاعات بیمار در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار می گیرد. پیشنهاد می گردد، زمینه و زیرساخت های ملی جهت اجرا و پیاده سازی این نرم افزار در بیمارستان های روان پزشكی در سطح كشور به منظور یكپارچه نمودن ارائه خدمات درمانی به بیماران اسكیزوفرن ایجاد گردد.

Background and Aim: The objective of this study was to design electronic card of health for schizophrenic patients to better manage their clinical information. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted year 2014. The population of the study included 40 psychiatrists. The information, based on minimal clinical and demographic data, was gathered through field study and survey using a questionnaire. Referential and inferential statistics techniques were used to analyze the data.  To schizophrenic patientsʹ electronic health cards, various software were studied to design database, card and card reader. Results: According to the results and observed frequencies, it was confirmed that the components of demographic and clinical information be inserted in the electronic card of health. The project includes hardware of card reader machine, card and visual studio software. Microsoft SQL Server, 2008, was applied to design database.  Conclusion: The electronic card of health for schizophrenic patients helps the treatment team to provide effective health care as well as medical records and hospital admissionʹs staff in better management of patient information. It also reduces the problems of relatives and family members of the patients in the medical centers and facilitates, and the process of treatment of schizophrenic patients significantly. Using schizophrenia patient’s electronic health card, hospital in better management of patient information puts in good condition.
