ارتباط هوش اجتماعي با نفوذ موثر كاركنان نيروي انتظامي شهرستان شهركرد

The relation between social intelligence and effective penetration of police staffs in Shahrekord city

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه‌ي هوش اجتماعي و نفوذ موثر كاركنان نيروي انتظامي شهرستان شهركرد است. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف كاربردي و بر اساس روش جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در زمره تحقيقات توصيفي و از نوع تحقيقات همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را تمامي كاركنان و كارمندان نيروي انتظامي شهرستان شهركرد تشكيل مي‌دهند. بنابراين بر اساس جدول مورگان و فرمول كوكران، حجم نمونه 260 نفر در نظر گرفته شده كه براساس روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعيت‌شناختي، هوش اجتماعي سيلورا (2001) و پرسشنامه نفوذ موثر راجرز پيتر و آرنولد (1998) كه روايي محتوايي آن‌ها مورد تاييد متخصصان قرار گرفته و پايايي آن‌ها بالاي 80/0 است، استفاده شده است و دادهها با استفاده از شاخصهاي آمار توصيفي و روشهاي آمار استنباطي تحليل شدهاند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ارتباط مثبت و معنـيداري ميان هوش اجتماعي و نفوذ موثر وجود دارد. در بررسي همبستگي ميان هر يك از مولفه‌هاي هوش اجتماعي و مولفه‌هاي نفوذ موثر، مشاهده گرديد كه مولفه‌هاي هوش اجتماعي با نفوذ موثر رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري دارند و هر اندازه هوش اجتماعي كاركنان بالا رود به همان اندازه در به كارگيري تاكتيك‌ها و مهارت‌هاي مربوط به آن موثرتر عمل خواهند كرد.

The purpose of this study is to study the relation between social intelligence and effective penetration of police staffs of the Shahrekord. According to the purpose and data collection method, the present research is practical and descriptive. The method in this research is correlation method. The statistical society of this research included all of police staffs of the Shahrekord city. According to Morgan table and Cochran formula, the research sample considered 260 men in randomly selected. To collect the data, the demography information questionnaire, Sylvra social intelligence (2001) and Rogers Peter and Arnold effective penetration questionnaire were used and their validity has been confirmed by experts. Reliability of these questionnaires is over 0/8. To analyze data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used. The results show that there is a meaningful relation between the social intelligence and effective influence. Results of correlation between components of social intelligence and effective influence show that there is a meaningful relation between components of social intelligence and effective penetration. As a consequence, with increment of social intelligence of staffs, police staffs apply more effective skills and techniques related to social intelligence.
