تحليل و بررسي سياست فرهنگي ابنا الرضا ( امامان جواد، هادي و عسكري (ع) )

Investigating and analyzing the cultural policy of Imam Reza’s sons (Imam Javad (A.S.), Imam Hadi (A.S.), and Imam Askari (A.S.))

چكيده: ايمه طاهرين (ع) رهبران برگزيده الهي براي جامعه بشري و تبيين‌گر پيام رسولان الهي و هاديان مردم بوده‌اند. بخش عمده‌اي از تلاش ايشان معطوف به توسعه فرهنگي عصر خود بوده است. با عبور جريان امامت از فراز و نشيب‌هايي كه پس از رحلت رسول خاتم (ص) بر ايشان تحميل شد، پس از ولايت عهدي امام رضا (ع) در عهد مامون و شهادت ايشان تا دوره غيبت حضرت حجت (عج)، امامان نهم، دهم و يازدهم در فاصله بيش از نيم قرن عهده دار اين منصب خطير بودند. در اين مقاله به بررسي سياست‌هاي فرهنگي امامان (ع) در اين دوره پرداخته شده است. در اين مقاله با استفاده از روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي اطلاعات مورد نياز جمع آوري و در چارچوب مدل چرخه‌اي سياست‌گذاري تحليل شده است. بر اساس مدل چرخه‌اي براي تحليل سياست‌هاي فرهنگي ابتدا «مسيله شناسي» و در ادامه «طراحي و انتخاب» سياست و پس از آن «اجرا» و در نهايت «ارزيابي» سياست صورت خواهد گرفت. مسايل فرهنگي اين عصر در سه دسته: مسايل دستگاه خلافت، مسايل فرهنگ عمومي و مسايل فرهنگ شيعي تحليل شده اند و سپس سياست‌هاي فرهنگي امامان اين عصر (ع) بررسي و تحليل شده است؛ سياست‌هايي كه از لايه‌هاي بنيادين فرهنگ (اعتقادات و ارزش‌ها) تا لايه‌هاي رفتاري را مورد تاثير قرار داده‌اند.

Abstract: The infallible Imams have been selected religious leaders for the human society, who explained the message of the divine prophets and were guides for people. A large of part of their efforts has been devoted to the cultural development of their own era. After Imams passed the ups and downs of the aftermath of the death of Prophet Muhammad, and after Imam Reza accepted the role of the Crown Prince of Al-Ma’mun and Imam’s martyrdom until the absence of Imam Mahdi, the ninth, tenth, and eleventh imams played this important role. The present article purports to examine the cultural polices of these Imams in this period. This research has collected the necessary information based on documentary and library methods, and has analyzed it in accordance with the cyclic model of policymaking. According to this model, analyzing the cultural policies involves identifying the problem, designing and selecting the ploy, and finally evaluating that policy. The cultural issues of this era have been classified in three groups: the issues of caliphate, the issues of public culture, and the issues of Shiite culture. Then, the cultural policies of the Imams of this era have been analyzed. These policies have influenced the fundamental layers of culture (beliefs and values) as well as the behavioral layers.
