بررسي چالش‌ها و رويكردهاي برنامه‌ريزي درسي رشته مديريت در نظام آموزشي ايران

در محيط‌هاي دانشگاهي در عصر پرشتاب و به ندرت قابل پيش بيني هزاره سوم كه رقابت‌هاي كمي و كيفي موسسات آموزشي، بروز سازمان‌هاي دانشگر، توجه به ارتقاي دانش و بهبود كيفيت و بهره‌وري از مظاهر آن است، اهميت برنامه‌ريزي درسي از مهم‌ترين عوامل كسب مزيت رقابتي است. امروزه در دنيا شاهد رويكردهاي جديدي با عنوان برنامه‌هاي درسي پيشگام، برنامه‌ درسي پاسخگو و برنامه‌ريزي ميان‌رشته‌اي هستيم. در اين مقاله ضمن بررسي وجوه گوناگون و پيشينه تدوين برنامه‌ريزي درسي براي رشته مديريت در ايران، دست به ارايه طرح مفهومي سيستم آموزشي مديريت با رويكرد به فراگرد يادشده زده، سپس چارچوبي نظري براي اصلاح برنامه‌ريزي درسي رشته مديريت و چالش‌هاي فرارو ارايه كرده، رشته مديريت را به‌ عنوان يك دانش ميان‌رشته‌اي و چندرشته‌اي بررسي كرده ايم. در ادامه فراگرد مستمر و رهيافت‌هاي مترتب بر آن در زمينه برنامه‌ريزي درسي رشته مديريت، بررسي شده و هفت رويكرد تدوين و طراحي و برنامه درسي مطالعه و تحليل شده است. همچنين از مطالعات بومي و بين‌المللي نيز بهره‌برداري شده، در نهايت برنامه درسي پيشنهادي با توجه به تحولات سريع هزاره سوم ارايه شده است.

In academic surroundings in an era of rapid and rarely predictable in the third millennium that the quantitative and qualitative competition, educational institutes, outbreak of knowledge workers organizations consideration to Promote knowledge And improve the quality and the efficiency of its manifestations , importance of Curriculum is one of the most important factors in gaining competitive advantage. We are Today the world is seeing new approaches to curriculum as a pioneer, responsive and interdisciplinary curriculum planning. In this article we will review different aspects and background compilation curriculum in field of management in Iran, afterwards we attempted to provide a conceptual design management education with emphasize Mentioned process. Then conceptual framework for the reform of Curriculum Management course and the challenges presented we reviewed filed of management as a knowledge of Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary .in the following Investigated Continuous process and respective approaches in About Curriculum in field of management, and Studied and analyzed Seven structured approach and design and Curriculum Studied and analyzed.in addition to Has been exploited from Local and international studies. Finally, the proposed curriculum according to rapid changes of the third millennium is presented.
