The role of education in academic entrepreneurial success Tehran Universityʹʹs Faculty of Entrepreneurship

كارآمدي و اثربخشي برنامه‌هاي آموزشي با شناسايي مولفه‌هاي آن امكان پذير است و بر مبناي آن شناسايي، الگوي مناسب آموزشي طراحي مي‌شود. با توجه به اهميت آموزش در كارآفريني براي دستيابي به رشد اقتصادي و اشتغال زايي دانش آموختگان دانشگاهي، اين پژوهش به بررسي نقش آموزش در موفقيت كارآفريني دانشگاهي، در دانشكده كارآفريني دانشگاه تهران پرداخته است. اين پژوهش از طريق مطالعه مباني نظري مولفه‌هاي آموزشي به شناسايي و سنجش آماري ميزان، تاثير و اهميت اين مولفه‌ها پرداخته است و آنها را در غالب يك مدل ارايه مي‌دهد. روش پژوهش در اين مقاله آميخته است كه در قسمت كيفي از روش مصاحبه نيمه‌ ساختار يافته و در قسمت كمي از روش پيمايش استفاده شده است. ابتدا مدل اوليه پژوهش بر مبناي ادبيات موضوعي طراحي شده و با مصاحبه و تجزيه و تحليل با روش كدگذاري باز تكميل شده است. در بخش كمي با پرسش نامه محقق ساخته ماحصل بخش كيفي، داده‌ها گردآوري شده و با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي تحليل مسير، رگرسيون و همبستگي تجزيه و تحليل شدند و مدل به دست آمده نهايي شده است. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، نقش‌هاي شناسايي شده در موفقيت كارآفريني دانشگاهي به ترتيب اهميت، شامل زيرساخت‌ها و امكانات آموزشي، آموزش‌ مهارت‌هاي مديريتي و كارآفريني، فرآيند آموزش و مديريت آموزش است. زيرساخت‌هاي آموزشي در اين پژوهش بر موفقيت كارآفريني دانشگاهي تاثير مستقيم خواهد داشت.

Efficiency and effectiveness of training programs by identifying its components is possible And based on that identify design suitable pattern. Considering the importance of training in entrepreneurship to achieve economic growth and employment graduates this study investigates the role of education in academic entrepreneurial success, in Faculty of Entrepreneurship in Tehran Universityʹs is accomplishment. This research through the study of theoretical foundations learning components to identify and assess Statistical measure, the impact and importance of these components is discussed and offers them as form of a model. The research in this paper is mixed in section of quality with through Semi-structured interview and in quantity section use with Traversal method. The basic model study is designed based on literature and with interviews and analysis using open coding is completed. In the quantitative with using researcher-made questionnaire as a result of the qualitative section Data collected And using path analysis, Regression and Correlation Were analyzed And the model has been finalized . The results show Identified roles in the success of academic entrepreneurship in order of importance include of infrastructure and educational facilities Management skills and entrepreneurship training, learning process and is Management training. Educational infrastructure in this study will have a direct impact on the success of academic entrepreneurship.
