چكيده فارسي :
بي‌گمان الگوي اسلامي پيشرفت، از جهاتي با الگوي سكولار پيشرفت، تفاوت و از جهاتي ديگر تشابه دارد. ابتناي اين الگو بر مباني فراواني كه در حوزة معارف اسلامي توليد مي‌شود، مانند مباني خداشناختي، هستي‌شناختي، انسان‌شناختي و ارزش‌شناختي، به تفاوت‌هاي چشمگيري مي‌انجامد كه نقطة فارق الگوي اسلامي از سكولار خواهد بود.
ازآنجايي‌كه از مهم‌ترين مباني الگو، مباني جهان‌شناختي است، نوشتار حاضر ضمن اشاره به ُِِنه مبناي جهان‌شناختي از منظر اسلام، تلاشي را سامان داده تا برونداد اين مباني را در نظرية پيشرفت به نظاره بنشيند و از اين جهت رعايت آن مباني را بر تدوين‌كنندگان الگو لازم بشمارد.
برخي از مهم‌ترين نتايج كه ضروري است بر اساس مباني جهان‌شناختي در الگو اشراب شود، عبارت‌اند از: 1. هدف گذاري به سوي ترقي ديني و معنوي، قرب الهي و زندگي عابدانه، خير و سعادت دوجهاني، ارتقاي معادباوري و حاكميت ارزش‌ها به‌ويژه عدالت؛ 2. لحاظ رشد علم و تفكر، فقه، عمل صالح، ايمان و اخلاق به مثابه عرصه‌هاي پيشرفت؛ 3. شريعتمداري الهي و مديريت فقهي و علمي؛ 4. سمت‌وسودهي پژوهش‌هاي علمي بر اساس بنياد فاعليت الهي و خدامحور، كشف و بررسي علل مادي و معنوي؛ 5. ايجاد ساختار اجتماعي وحدت‌گراي ارزشي و توحيدي؛ 6. بسترسازي به‌منظور شكوفايى استعدادها و ظرفيت‌ها در رويارويي با مشكلات.
چكيده لاتين :
There are difference and similarity between Islamic model of Progress and Secular model of Progress. The Islamic model of Progress making based on principles theological, cosmological, ontological, anthropological, axiology and etc. principles that lead to remarkable differences between two model.
As cosmological principles the most important , this article explain sixe cosmological principle and intend to showing outputs on theory of progress. Therefore, attention to cosmological principles is necessary for compilers of Model.
Some of results of the cosmological principles is necessary for Model, consist of: 1) pointing toward become religious and spiritual lofty, Divine nearness and ascetical life, good and happiness on this and next world, to advance belief to resurrection, and to dominate worth specially justice. 2) to consider increasing of science and thinking, religious jurisprudence, righteous act, faith, and morality as realms of progress. 3) Divine legitimism, jurisprudential and scientific management. 4) to direct scientific investigations according to foundation of Divine agency and theist, disclose and consider material and immaterial causes. 5) creation social and monist structure 6) to prepare for flowering of talents and capacities in confront to problems.
