بررسي رابطه دوسويه ميان رضايت‌زناشويي و نشانگان افسردگي در زوج‌هاي مراجعه‌كننده به مركز مشاوره دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد كرج

Investigation the Transactional Relationship between Marital Satisfaction and Depression in Couples Referred to the Counseling Center of Islamic Azad University of Karaj

مقدمه: افسرگي يكي از مسائل عمده اي است كه بر تمام جنبه هاي زندگي فرد، از جمله زندگي زناشويي تأثير مي گذارد. از اين رو، اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ارتباط ميان افسردگي و رضايت زناشويي انجام گرديد. روش كار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگي بود. تعداد 94 زوج مراجعه كننده به مركز مشاوره دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد كرج، به صورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به دو پرسشنامه خودگزارشي رضايت زناشويي انريچ و افسردگي بك پاسخ دادند. براي تحليل داده ها از همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد ميان رضايت زناشويي و افسردگي رابطه منفي و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > P). ميان افسردگي در زن با رضايتزناشويي شوهر رابطه منفي و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > P). ميان افسردگي در شوهر با رضايت زناشويي زن رابطه منفي و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0 > P). رضايت زناشويي و افسردگي زن قادر به پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي شوهر است. رضايت زناشويي و افسردگي شوهر قادر به پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي زن است (01/0>P). نتيجه گيري: نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ميان رضايت زناشويي و افسردگي زوجين رابطه منفي وجود دارد. به اين معنا كه افزايش افسردگي در يكي از همسران باعث كاهش رضايت زناشويي در ديگري مي شود.

Introduction: Depression is one of the major issues that affects all aspects of individual life such as marital life. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between depression and marital satisfaction. Methods: This study was correlational. Ninety four couples who referred to the Counseling Center of Islamic Azad University of Karaj were selected through convenience sampling and responded to the two selfreport questionnaires of Enrich Marital Satisfaction and Beck Depressive Inventory. Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between marital satisfaction and depression in couples (P < 0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between wife&rsquo;s depression and husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01), as well as between husband&rsquo;s depression and wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01). Wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction and depression were able to predict husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction. Likewise, husband&rsquo;s marital satisfaction and depression were able to predict wife&rsquo;s marital satisfaction (P < 0.01). Conclusions: The results of this study showed that there was a significant negative correlation between marital satisfaction and depression in couples. This means that an increase in one spouses depression level leads to decrease in marital satisfaction of the other.
