پاسخ بويايي سن شكارگر(Hem.: Anthocoridae) Orius niger به بوهاي حاصل از كنه تارتن دولكه‌ايTetranychus urticae (Acari:Tetranychidae) سالم و تيمار شده با قارچ بيمارگر Beauveria bassiana روي برگ خيار

Olfactory response of the predatory bug, Orius niger (Hem.: Anthocoridae) to Tetranychus urticae (Acari: Tetranychidae) on cucumber leaves treated or untreated by Beauveria bassiana

براي درك بهتر رفتار شكارگري سن  Orius niger Wolffروي كنه تارتن دولكه اي Tetranychus urticae Koch در دو حالت سالم و تيمار شده با قارچ بيمارگر(Bals.) Vuill  Beauveria bassiana، آزمون هاي بويايي‌ سنجي انجام شد. در اين راستا، پاسخ بويايي و جهت‌گيري سن شكارگر ماده شش روزه به سمت مواد فرّار با استفاده از لوله‌ ي بويايي‌ سنج (الفكتومتر) Y شكل تعيين شد. هر آزمايش در 3 تكرار مستقل و در هر تكرار 15 شكارگر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در مطالعه پاسخ بويايي سن شكارگر به رايحه هاي تيمار گياه خيار آلوده به كنه تارتن در مقايسه با گياهان خيار سالم (بدون كنه تارتن و قارچ) و تيمار گياهان خيار آلوده به كنه تارتن در مقايسه با گياهان خيار آلوده به كنه تارتن آلوده شده با قارچ بيمارگر در تيمار 72 ساعت مشخص شد سن‌هاي شكارگر بيشتر به سمت بازويي كه گياهان آلوده به كنه تارتن سالم قرار داشت، جلب شدند. پاسخ سن هاي شكارگر به گياه خيار آلوده به كنه تارتن تيمار شده با قارچ بيمارگر در بازه‌هاي زماني صفر، 24 و 48 ساعت پس از تيمار با حالت بدون پاشش قارچ تفاوت معني داري نداشت. نتايج، بيانگر توانايي سن هاي شكارگر در تشخيص پچ هاي آلوده به قارچ به ويژه در بازه هاي زماني بالاتر و پرهيز از آن ها است.

Olfactory experiments were performed to study the predation behavior of Orius niger Wolff (Hemiptera: Anthocoridae) on the twospotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetranychidae) in presence or absence of Beauveria bassiana (Bals.). The experiments were carried out with six day old female bugs by recording the predator direction towards each of the Ytube olfactometer arms and through three dependent replicates consisted of 15 replicates each. The predatory bug showed a significant preference towards the odors related to infested cucumber leaves by T. urticae in the absence of fungus and when the predator received odors related to T. urticae infested leaves v.s. B.bassiana fungus treated, spider mite infested leaves (72 hours). There was no significant difference in the predator olfactory experiment when the alternative arms consisted of treated v.s. untreated spider mite infested cucumber leaves (0, 24 and 48 hours after treatment). The results showed the capacity of the predatory bug to recognize the patches infected by B.bassiana fungus and successfully avoiding it.
