وظايف زن در زندگي زناشويي و نقش آن در استوار ساختن بنياد خانواده از ديدگاه فقه اسلامي

Wife's duties in marital life and their role in stabilization of the family unit from the viewpoint of Islamic Jurisprudence

دين اسلام جايگاه والايي را به خانواده بخشيده است. ازاين‌رو براي هريك از همسران در راستاي استواري اين نهاد وظايفي قرار داده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي وظايف زن در زندگي زناشويي از ديدگاه فقه اسلامي و تأثير آن بر استوار ساختن بنياد خانواده است. پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي است و با به كار بستن تحليل محتوا به انجام رسيده است. داده‌هاي پژوهش بر پايه‌ي روش كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي گردآوري شده است. استوار ساختن بنياد خانواده به معناي رعايت حقوق متقابل ميان همسران، فراگيري اصل عدالت و حاكميت اخلاق براي برآورده ساختن هدف والاي آفرينش آدم و به تكامل رسيدن او، برخورداري از جامعه سالم و ايمن و توانمند و سرانجام تداوم نسل است. تفحص داده‌ها نشان داد وظايفي كه زن بر عهده دارد عبارت است از: پيروي و فرمان‌برداري؛ حُسن معاشرت و خوش‌رفتاري؛ خودآرايي و آرايش؛ محافظت از منزل و اموال در غياب همسر؛ حفظ كرامت؛ تعاون و همكاري در تربيت فرزندان؛ خروج از منزل با كسب اجازه و نيكي به والدين و خويشان. بر پايه برآيندهاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان گفت كه از پيامدهاي رعايت وظايف يادشده برپايي آرامش و مودّت در خانواده، پايداري دل‌بستگي و همدلي ميان همسران و سرانجام جلوگيري از روي دادن اختلافات خانوادگي است؛ بنابراين، آموزش اين وظايف و تأثير آن‌ها در آرامش و استواري خانواده، در برنامه‌ها و كاربست‌هاي مشاوره و روان درماني خانواده پيشنهاد مي‌گردد.

The religion of Islam donated a prominent position to the family. Therefore, that along side of the stabilization of this unit has been settled duties for each of the spouses. The aim of the current research was to investigation of the wife's duties in marital life from the viewpoint of Islamic Jurisprudence and their effect on stabilization of the family unit. The research was descriptive analytical and was conducted using content analysis. The data gathered based on library and documentary method. The stabilization of the family unit means to regard for the reciprocal rights between spouses, learning the justice's principal and governing the morality to fulfilling the prominent goal of the human's creation and reach to perfection, achieving healthy, safe and empowered society and finally to the continuance of generation. The examination of the data revealed that the duties that the wife is responsibled for are as follows: obedience and compliance, sociability and affability, beautifying and self makeup, preserving the house and belongings in the absence of husband, maintain the dignity, cooperation and collaboration in upbringing the children, leaving home by permission and favour to parents and relatives. According to the research, findings can said that the consequences of regard of the mentioned duties are to set up relaxation and cordiality in the family, resistance of attachment and empathy between spouses and ultimately preventing the occurence of marital discords. Therefore, recommended to establish the training of these duties and their impact on relaxation and stabilization of the family in the programs and practices of family counseling and psychotherapy.
