بررسي آثار و ثمرات اقتصادي ايفاء كيل و ميزان (با استفاده از نظرات علامه طباطبايي در تفسير الميزان)

The Economic Impacts of Completing the Measure and Scale in Transactions (Using Allameh Tabatabaei's Attitude in Al'mizan Interpretation)

مبادله و معامله از ضروريات بقاي يك اجتماع است و از قواعد حتمي اين مبادله و معامله، رعايت عدالت در بده بستان‌هاست و از موارد رعايت اين عدالت، «ايفاء كيل و ميزان» مي‌باشد. اهميت رعايت اين سنت و قانون آفرينش، به حدي است كه عدم رعايت آن، در هلاكت قوم حضرت شعيب(ع) نقش داشت. ايفاء (به‌طور تمام ادا كردن) كيل و ميزان، منحصر در چيزهايي نيست كه بتوان پيمانه كرد يا مورد وزن قرار داد بلكه شامل عدم كم‌فروشي در هر نوع مبادله كالا و خدمات نيز مي‌شود، لذا با تعميم ايفاء كيل و ميزان، گستره شمول اين اصل اقتصادي وسيع‌تر شده و تحقق آن، اهميت بيشتري پيدا مي‌كند. اين نوشتار كه به لحاظ جمع‌آوري مطالب، كتابخانه‌اي و در تبيين ثمرات ايفاء كيل و ميزان، تحليلي و توصيفي است، به بررسي آيات مرتبط با موضوع پرداخته و با استفاده از روايات مربوط به اين موضوع از كتب معتبر شيعه و همچنين تفسير گرانقدر الميزان و آثار ساير دانشمندان علوم اجتماعي اقتصادي، به موارد زير به عنوان ثمرات ايفاء كيل و ميزان در جامعه دست يافته است: تمركز بيشتر بر تدبير و اندازه‌گيري خود،بالا رفتن سطح اعتماد، وجود قيمت‌هاي پايين و رشد اقتصادي

One of the necessities of social life is transaction between people, and one of the certain rule of these transaction is justice in tradeoffs. On the other hand one of the components of this kind of justice is "IfaeKai" (completing the measure and scale). The importance of observing this rule is so that the noncompliance was the bane of the people of the prophet shuaib (pbuh). "IfaeKai" is not limited to bushel and weighted goods but it also include any kind of exchange of goods and services. So with the extension of "IfaeKai" concept, the extent of inclusion of this economic principle become broader and its realization become more important. This paper is based on library research for gathering the information and on descriptive analysis for explaining the benefit of "IfaeKai". In this paper we use the related verse of Qurans and the transition of prophet (pbuh) through "Almizan" (a book of interpretation of Quran by Allame Tabatabaei) and some socioeconomics scientists. The following result have been achieved as advantage of "IfaeKai" in transaction: greater focus on selfmanagement and selfevaluation, raise of trust, lower price level and greater economic growth.
