ارتباط امنيت غذايي با جمعيت شهرنشين و برنامه‌هاي توسعه (مطالعه موردي: ايران)

Study of Relationship between Food Security with Urban Population and Development Plans in Iran

هدف اين مقاله بررسي امنيت غذايي خانوارهاي شهري در ايران و عوامل مؤثر بر آن طي سال­هاي 1390 – 1362 است. بدين منظور، از الگوي سري زماني براي ارزيابي عوامل موثر استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد طي سال‌هاي مورد بررسي، امنيت غذايي خانوارهاي شهري، صعودي بوده است. علي رغم بهبود امنيت غذايي در سطح شهرها، در سال 1390، 1/5 درصد از جمعيت شهري، كمتر از ميزان استاندارد، انرژي دريافت كرده‌اند. اثر درصد جمعيت شهرنشين بر شاخص امنيت غذايي خانوارهاي شهري منفي و در سطح مناسبي معنادار نيست. متغير با وقفه تغييرات بر رشد شاخص كلي امنيت غذايي در سال آتي اثر منفي خواهد داشت؛ بدين معنا، با افزايش يك واحدي رشد شاخص امنيت غذايي در يك سال، رشد اين شاخص در سال بعدي به اندازه 008/0 واحد كاهش مي‌يابد. بر اساس نتايج، ثبات اين شاخص و حفظ روند افزايشي آن بايد اولويت برنامه­هاي توسعه آتي قرار گيرد.

The purpose of this study is investigating the food security among the Iranians urban households and effective factors involved for the period of 1983 to 2011. For this purpose, time series pattern used for evaluating the effective factors. The results showed that during the period the food security of urban households had an increasing trend. Despite the enhancement of food security among urban households, 5.1 percent of the urban population received less than necessary calorie level in 2011. The effect of the percentage of urban population on urban households food security index has been negative, although not significant at an appropriate level. The lag variable of aggregate food security index changes on growth of aggregate food security index in the next year will be negative, so that increasing in one unit growth of food security index in one year; its growth will be decreased by 0.008 units in the next year. According to the results, the index stability and keeping its increasing trend should be considered as a priority in the future development plans.
