چكيده فارسي :
اگرچه ورود بنگاه‌هاي جديد تحت تاثير تمايزات منطقه‌اي مي‌باشد، اما تاثير ابعاد مكاني بر ورود، موضوعي است كه كم‌تر در ادبيات اقتصاد ايران موردتوجه بوده و ازاين‌رو اين مطالعه مي‌كوشد تا خالص ورود بنگاه‌هاي جديد صنايع توليدي ايران را با استفاده از ده ويژگي محيطي در مناطق كشور طي سال‌هاي 1384 تا 1392 مورد بررسي قرار دهد. در اين مطالعه براي برآورد تاثيرات احتمالي متغيرهاي محيطي بر خالص ورود بنگاه‌هاي صنايع توليدي، از روش اقتصادسنجي پانل ديتا استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش حاكي از رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار خالص ورود بنگاه‌هاي جديد با متغيرهاي رشد اشتغال، رشد سپرده‌هاي بانكي، رشد جمعيت و امنيت موجود در مناطق مي‌باشد. بر اين اساس و از نظر سياست‌گذاري منطقه‌اي، نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه خالص ورود بنگاه‌هاي جديد در مناطق را مي‌توان بر اساس متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار محيطي بر آن و نيز شدت تاثير هركدام مورد ارزيابي قرار داد و آن را پيش‌بيني نمود. ازاين‌رو، خالص ورود بنگاه‌هاي جديد در مناطق امري تصادفي نبوده و متغيرهاي محيطي به‌صورت معني‌دار بر آن تاثيرگذار است.
چكيده لاتين :
Although entry of new firms is influenced by regional differences‚ the impact of location dimensions on entry has been received less attention in the literature of Iranʹs economy and hence this study tries to examine net entry of new industrial firms with the use of ten demographics characteristics in the regions of country during 2005 to 2013. In this study‚ econometric panel data methods have been used to estimate the possible effects of demographics variables on net entry of new firms. The results of this study showed a significant and positive relationship between net entry of new firms with variables of employment growth‚ the growth of bank deposits‚ population growth and security in the regions. On this basis and in terms of regional policy‚ the results of this study show that net entry of new firms in the region can be predicted based on environmental factors. Therefore‚ the net entry of new firms in the regions is not accidental and environmental variables affect it significantly.
