زمينه: شركت هاي دانش بنيان با توجه به نقش و اهميتي كه امروزه در پيشرفت اقتصادي و توسعه ملي پيدا كرده اند، مورد توجه بيشتري قرار گرفته اند. آنها براي پاسخگويي به مأموريت محول شده نيازمند نوآوري مستمر و عميق مي باشند. نوآوري علمي تصادفي نيست بلكه فرآيند برنامه ريزي شدهاست كه بايد براي رشد و تعالي به آن، عوامل مؤثر شناسايي شده و مديريت گردد. هدف: هدف از اين مطالعه، اولويت بندي ساختارهاي دانش محور پايه و پشتيبان در مراحل پنچ گانه نوآوري در شركت هاي دانش بنيان است. روش پژوهش: مدل ساختارهاي دانش محور بلاكلر و همكاران در دسته بندي ساختارها و همچنين مدل پنج عاملي نوآوري كافمن و ففر در شركت هاي دانش بنيان انتخاب شد. جامعه آماري شركت هاي دانش بنيان شهر تهران و نمونه انتخابي، از چهار گروه براساس نمونه در دسترس است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه روايي آنها بر اساس روايي صوري و پايايي آنها از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ سنجيده شد. يافته ها: يافته هاي تحقيق از تحليل شناسايي نقش و رابطه ساختارهاي دانش بنيان حاكي از اهميت بيشتر ساختارهاي پايه نسبت به ساختارهاي پشتيبان بود و ساختار تركيبي يا فرامتن، در مراحل مختلف نوآوري با اهميت ترين ساختار پايه بود. نتيجه گيري: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه در مهم ترين مرحله در فرايند نوآوري، مرحله مديريت اجراي ايده انتخاب شده است و ساير مراحل به ترتيب اهميت عبارتند از: مديريت منابع انساني، مديريت استراتژي، مديريت انتخاب ايده و مديريت خلاقيت

Priority of the Supportive and Essential KnowledgeBased Structures in the Process of Innovation in KnowledgeBased Companies Karamollah DaneshFard Abstract: Background: The knowledgebased companieshave been the focus of more attention due to the roles and importance they have acquired in economic progress and nationaldevelopment.To meet the missions assigned to them, they need deep and continuous innovation.Scientific innovation is no coincidence,but a planned processfor the growth and development of whichcontributing factors must be identified and managed. The purpose of this paperis to prioritize the supportive and essential knowledge based structures in the five process stages of innovation in knowledgebasedcompanies. Methods: The model of Blackler et al’s knowledgebased structures in the structural categories as well as Kaufman &Fifer’s fivefactor model of innovation in knowledgebased companies were selected.The statistical population includes Tehran's knowledgebased companies and the chosen sample from four groups on the basis of the current sample. The data collection meansaretwo researchermade questionnaires the validity of which was measured based on the visual validity and the reliability of which was measured through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research findings from analyzing the role and relation of knowledgebased structuressuggest the further importance of essential structures over supportive ones, and the compositional or hypertext structure was the most important one in various stagesof innovation. Conclusion: The results indicated that the idea implementation management is selected as the most important step in the innovation process.Other steps in order of importance include human resource management, strategic management,idea implementation management, and creativity management.
