بررسي رابطه‌ي مؤلفه‌هاي هوش هيجاني با خلاقيت دانشجويان (مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه‌هاي پيام نور جنوب فارس)

The relationship between the components of emotional intelligence and creativity students (Case Study: PNU in Southern of Fars)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه ي مؤلفه‌هاي هوش هيجاني با خلاقيت دانشجويان مي باشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمام دانشجويان ترم آخر دانشگاه پيام نور در جنوب فارس و نمونه آماري شامل 145 نفر از اين دانشجويان است كه به صورت تصادفي خوشه‌اي از مركز و واحدهاي پيام نور جنوب فارس انتخاب گرديده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هاي؛ هوش هيجاني شرينگ است كه پايايي آن با روش آلفاي كرونباخ 846/. شده و روايي محتوايي آن نيز تأييد شده و پرسشنامه استاندارد خلاقيت سلطاني بوده كه روايي صوري آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تأييد و پايايي 89/. با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ براي آن به دست آمده است. عمده‌ترين نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه، بين مؤلفه‌هاي هوش هيجاني با خلاقيت دانشجويان در سطح 01/. رابطه معكوس و معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج آزمون t گروه‌هاي مستقل و تجزيه و تحليل واريانس(آنوا)(F) نشان داد كه از لحاظ خلاقيت بين دانشجويان پسر و دختر تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد ولي از لحاظ سن و تحصيلات تفاوت معناداري بين دانشجويان مشاهده نشد. همچنين نتايج آزمون تحليل رگرسيون گام به گام نشان داد كه در دو گام متغيرهاي خودانگيزي و خودكنترلي خلاقيت دانشجويان را پيش بيني كرده است.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence components with student creativity. The study population consisted of all students in the in their last semester PNU in Southern of Fars and the sample consisted of 145 students that random cluster the centers southern of Fars of Payam Noor have been selected. Instruments included questionnaires; shering emotional intelligence is the reliability with Cronbach's alpha. /846 and its content validity confirmed and standard questionnaire of Soltani's creativity was that formal validity of the experts confirm and reliability. / 89 Using Cronbach's alpha for it to come. The main results of the study showed that, among the components of emotional intelligence and creativity of students in the 0/01 there was a significant inverse relationship. Results of independent t test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) (F) showed that in terms of creativity between male and female students there is a significant difference but in terms of age and education, there was no significant difference between students. The results of stepwise regression analysis revealed that selfmotivation and selfcontrol variable in two steps creativity of students is expected.
