تبيين نقش دانش و نگرش مديريت تغيير مديران مدارس خرم آباد در خلاقيت آنان

Explainin the role of change management knowledge and attitudes of Khoram Abad schools managers in theirs creativity

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، تبيين نقش دانش و نگرش مديران مدارس شهرستان خرم آباد نسبت به مديريت تغيير در خلاقيت آنها در مدارس مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نوع پژوهش هاي توصيفي و همبستگي است كه به روش پيمايشي و مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري انجام شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه مديران آموزشي مدارس شهرستان خرم آباد مي باشد (353) . به منظور جمع آوري داده‌ها از پرسش نامه هاي استاندارد خلاقيت سازماني با پايايي (92/0=α) و دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دانش و نگرش مديريت تغيير با پايايي (87/0=α) استفاده شده است. همچنين به منظور سنجش روايي اين پرسشنامه ها ار روايي محتوايي و روايي سازه استفاده گرديده است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه دانش مديريت تغيير و نگرش نسبت به آن هر كدام به ترتيب با ضريب مسير (38/0=γ) و (25/0=γ) در خلاقيت سازماني مديران نقش معناداري داشته و پيش‌بيني كننده مناسبي جهت خلاقيت يا عدم خلاقيت مديران مي باشد. مديران آموزشي از نگرش مطلوبي در زمينه مديريت تغيير برخوردار بوده ولي از دانش كافي در زمينه مديريت تغيير در مدارس و محيط آموزشي برخوردار نمي باشند.

The aim of this study is explain Knowledge and attitudes of Principals toward Change management in their creativity in schools. The research method is Descriptive –correlation that conducted through a survey and structural equation modeling. Statistical population included all of educational managers of Khoram Abad (353) and is select 184 of them using Simple random sampling as Statistical sample. In order to collect data, a standard questionnaire of organizational creativity (reliability: .92) and two researcher made questionnaire of Knowledge and attitude toward change management (reliability: 87) is used. In this study for Analysis of data is used SPSS and Lisrel. The results show that Change management knowledge and Attitude about it respectively with path coefficient (γ= .38) and (γ= .25) has a significant role in organizational creativity and are suitable Predictions for creative or noncreative of managers. Educational managers had a favorable attitude in the field of change management but their knowledge in the field of change management in schools and educational environments is not enough. It was also found that managers in every three fields of creativity (cognition, motivation and personality traits) have possessed favorable organizational creativity.
