European Union Stances in the Balkans with a Focus on Bosnia

از نظر كشورهاي اروپايي، منطقه بالكان نه يك بخش از اروپا بلكه حوزه‌اي اروپايي آسيايي است كه حائل بين دو قاره قرار گرفته است و با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي طبيعي و ژئوپليتيكي كه دارد در سال‌هاي اخير مورد توجه كشورهاي اروپايي قرار گرفته است؛ به‌گونه‌اي كه برخي از كشورهاي اين منطقه، توانسته‌اند به عضويت اتحاديه اروپا درآيند و برخي ديگر نيز براي پيوستن به اين اتحاديه تلاش مي‌كنند. اين مقاله به‌دنبال پاسخگويي به اين سؤال است كه اتحاديه اروپا چه ديدگاهي نسبت به حوزه بالكان به‌ويژه بوسني و هرزگوين دارد و آيا بوسني با وجود اختلافات قومي داخلي شانسي براي عضويت در اتحاديه اروپا دارد؟ فرضيه قابل طرح اين است كه با وجود اختلافات قومي در بوسني و هرزگوين، اتحاديه اروپا نسبت به جنگ و درگيري دوباره در حوزه پيراموني خود به‌ويژه در بوسني تمايلي ندارد و اين موضوع زمينه‌ساز تمايل اروپا براي پيوستن كشورهاي حوزه بالكان به اتحاديه اروپا شده است.

Abstract According to European countries, the Balkans is not a part of Europe but also EuroAsian area is a barrier placed between two continents and with regard to natural and geopolitical characteristics which in recent years has been of interest to European countries; so that some countries in the region have been able to become a member of the Europe Union and others are trying to join the Union. The issue that comes to mind is, what factors led to Europe in the past years in the Balkans towards the EU with the course will focus on this article Bosnia and Herzegovina. This paper attempts to answer this question that what are the viewpoints of European Union to the Balkans, especially Bosnia and Herzegovina and whether Bosnia has a chance to join the European Union despite the internal ethnic divisions in this country. This raised the hypothesis that despite the ethnic divisions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe Union is reluctant to the conflict surrounding this field, especially in Bosnia and this underlying desire to join Europe Union countries in the Balkans to Europe.
