بررسي تاثير رفتار سياسي بر آواي كاركنان

Study of the Effect of Political Behavior on Voice Organization

هدف: با توجه به اهميت و ضرورت توجه به آواي كاركنان در سازمان و تاثير گذاري آن در تحقق اهداف سازمان، تحقيق حاضر در پي بررسي نقش رفتار سياسي بر آواي سازماني است روش: اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها توصيفي است و با ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق 340 نفر از كاركنان شهرداري استان همدان كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 200 نفر انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه ها به صورت تصادفي بين اعضا توزيع گرديد. براي روايي از تحليل عاملي تاييدي و نرم افزار AMOS ، براي بررسي نرمال بودن داده ها از آزمون كالموگروف- اسمينروف و براي آزمون فرضيهها از آزمون رگرسيون و تحليل واريانس با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss21 استفاده شد. يافته: نتايج نشان داد كه رفتار سياسي 33/6 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته آواي كاركنان را تبيين ميكند، رفتار سياسي بر آواي مطيع 12/4 درصد و بر آواي تدافعي 10/4 درصد تاثير گذار است ولي هيچ گونه تاثير معنا داري بر آواي نوع دوستانه مشاهده نگرديد. نتيجه: رفتار سياسي بر آواي تدافعي و مطيع تاثير گذار است و بر آواي نوع دوستانه تاثيري ندارد.
