بررسي تاثير رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري در پايداري محيط زيست شهري، مورد مطالعه: منطقه 9 مشهد

The Effect of Satisfaction of the Citizens of Municipalities in Urban Environmental Sustainability, Case Study: District 9 Mashhad

تامين رضايت شهروندان و مشاركت آن­ها در اداره شهر، يكي از اهداف اصلي نظام­هاي مشاركت­جو است. چون نارضايتي مردم، تعامل آنان با شهرداري را مشكل و حتي غيرممكن ساخته و ناپايداري محيطي را در پي دارد. به همين دليل، اين تحقيق با روش توصيفي و تحليلي در نظر داشته است تا عوامل موثر بر رضايت­مندي از خدمات ارائه شده توسط شهرداري منطقه 9 شهر مشهد را تعيين نمايد. بر اساس روش­هاي متداول تعيين نمونه، حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه 200 نفر در نظر گرفته شده­ است. داده‌هاي مورد نياز اين بررسي، از طريق پرسشنامه كه روايي و كارآيي آن تعيين شده­ بود، گردآوري­ شده و براي تحليل از ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون چند متغيره بهره­برداري به عمل آمده است. نتايج رگرسيون چند متغيره نشان داد كه از بين تمام متغيرهايي كه وارد معادله شده­اند، مدت اقامت در منطقه، ميزان ارتباط با شهرداري، سن هنگام ورود به منطقه، فاصله محل سكونت تا خيابان اصلي و دريافت تبليغات مستقيم، معنادار بوده و بيش‌تر ين تاتير را بر رضايتمندي از خدمات ارائه شده داشته‌اند و در نتيجه فعاليت­هاي محيطي شهرداري براي سنجش پايداري زيست­محيطي در شهر مشهد مناسب بوده است. بنابراين، مسئولان بايد ضمن تامين رضايتمندي مردم، اين گونه فعاليت‌ها را توسعه دهند.

The provision of citizens’ satisfaction as well as their participation in urban management is one the main goals of participatory systems as people’s dissatisfaction makes the interaction of people with the municipality difficult, or even impossible. For this reason, the present study aimed to determine influential factors on people’s satisfaction of the services offered by Mashhad municipality_ district 9_ employing a descriptive-analytical methodology. The data required in this study were collected through a developed questionnaire which was checked for its validity and reliability and was later administered among 200 participants. Correlation coefficient and multiple regressions were then conducted to analyze the data collected. The results showed that, among the factors, settlement duration, the degree of connection with municipality, age when entered the district, distance from house to the main street, and receiving direct advertisement had a significantly meaningful relationship with people’s satisfaction of the services provided by the municipality. The findings also revealed that municipal environmental activities in Mashhad was appropriate for sustainable environmental assessment. Thus, this study suggests that the authorities should not only ensure citizens’ satisfaction but also develop municipal services.
