ارزيابي كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي دانشجويان ( مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي)

Quality Evaluation of the Academic Life of the Students (Case study: Shahid Beheshti University)

هدف پژوهش، ارزيابي كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي دانشجويان دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده ها به روش پيمايشي اجرا شد. براي تعيين مولفه هاي كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي، منابع موجود، مطالعه و مصاحبه اكتشافي نيمه ساختمند انجام شد. نمونه گيري كيفي به شيوه هدفمند و تعداد نمونه شامل 24 نفر از دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي بود. براي ارزيابي كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي دانشجويان از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه را برخي از استادان رشته علوم تربيتي تاييد كردند. پايايي آن نيز با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 94/. برآورد شد. جامعه پژوهش، همه دانشجويان دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي تصادفي 367 نفر از آنها مورد نظرسنجي قرار گرفتند. براي تحليل داده ها، از روش هاي (t –test تك نمونه اي و تحليل واريانس چندمتغيره) استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي، مطلوبيت لازم را ندارد و به غير از دو عامل اعضاي هيئت علمي و رضايت عمومي، ساير مولفه هاي برنامه درسي، پژوهش، خدمات فرهنگي ورزشي، خدمات پزشكي و مشاوره، تجهيزات علمي پژوهشي، تسهيلات مالي، تغذيه، خوابگاه دانشجويي، انسجام اجتماعي و مسير پيشرفت، كيفيت لازم را ندارند. در بررسي وضعيت مولفه هاي كيفيت زندگي تحصيلي در بين مقاطع تحصيلي نيز تنها در دو مولفه (تجهيزات علمي پژوهشي و مسير پيشرفت) تفاوت معني داري ديده شد.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality of the academic life of Shahid Beheshti University students. The study is regarded as an applied research in terms of its objective and the data were collected through a survey. The resources were studied and semi-structured exploratory interviews were conducted so as to determine the essential components of the quality of academic life. The sampling was purposeful and the sample included 24 graduate students. A researcher-made questionnaire about the quality of the academic life was applied and its validity was approved by the professors of the educational sciences and its reliability was estimated at 0.94 by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Our population contained all Shahid Beheshti University students. Purposeful random sampling method was employed and 367 students formed the sample. To analyze the data, statistical methods (t-test single-sample multivariate analysis) were used. The results show that the quality of the academic life of Shahid Beheshti University is not favorable. All components of the quality of academic life- including the curriculum, research, sports and cultural services, medical services and counseling, scientific equipment, financial services, food, student accommodation, social cohesion, and the progress tracks- are not of sufficient quality. And only two Factors- faculty members and the general satisfaction- are favorable. Also, except the two components (equipment, research and development path) significant differences were not observed in the parameters of the quality of life at the different levels of education (bachelor, master and doctorate).
