بررسي عوامل زمينه ساز استقرار مديريت دانش در شركت مخابرات استان كرمانشاه

An Investigation into the Provider Factors of Knowledge Management in the Kermanshah province Communication Company

در اين تحقيق عوامل زمينه ساز استقرار مديريت دانش به صورت مطالعه موردي در شركت مخابرات استان كرمانشاه طي انجام نظر سنجي هاي ميداني از كاركنان مربوطه مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. پس از شناسايي عوامل زمينه ساز مديريت دانش، رابطه بين هر يك از عوامل فرهنگ سازماني، نظام فرآيندهاي دانش نظام فناوري اطلاعات با مديريت دانش ضمن استفاده از نتايج بدست آمده و با به كار گيري برنامه آماري SPSS مورد تجزيه تحليل آماري قرا گرفته است. شركت مخابرات استان كرمانشاه داراي تعداد 370 نفر بوده كه از بين اين جامعه، نمونه آماري مورد بررسي 77 نفر مي باشد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه بين نظام فناوري اطلاعات، فرهنگ سازماني، نظام فرآيندهاي دانش با استقرار مديريت دانش در حد قابل قبولي همبستگي وجود دارد كه ضريب همبستگي (R) هر يك به ترتيب برابر 0/854، 0/915 و 0/812 مي باشد. بين ميزان تاثير هر يك از متغيرهاي نظام فرآيندهاي دانش، فرهنگ سازماني، نظام فناوري اطلاعات در استقرار مديريت دانش در شركت مخابرات استان كرمانشاه تفاوت وجود دارد، طوري كه به ترتيب نظام فرآيندهاي دانش، نظام فناوري اطلاعات و فرهنگ سازماني دراستقرار مديريت دانش در رتبه اول، دوم و سوم قرار دارند.

The required factors have been investigated to apply knowledge management by carrying out the field study using staff opinions of Kermanshah Telecommunication Company in this research. After indicating the required factors of applying knowledge management, relationship between each factor of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management have been analyzed statistically by the obtained results using SPSS program. Kermanshah Telecommunication Company has a population of 370 staff that a sample of 77 staff has been used. It has been found that there are acceptable correlation between knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management which correlation coefficient (R) of each relationship is 0.854, 0.915 and 0.812 respectively. There are some different between the effects of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system on the applying knowledge management as the effects knowledge process system, information technology system and organizational culture are in the fist, second and third step respectively.
