تحليل نقش سرمايه گذاري در آموزش جهت تحقق توسعه پايدار؛ با تأكيد ويژه بر آموزش محيط زيست

Analysing the Role of Investment in Education on Sustainable Development; with Special Emphasis on Environmental Education

ايده توسعه پايدار از دل نگراني­ هاي محيط زيستي و نقد توسعه اقتصادي و صنعتي پديد آمد و آرمان آن حفظ منابع براي همه نسل­ ها در كنار رفع نيازهاي نسل كنوني است. توسعه پايدار نيازمند تغييرات وسيعي در زندگي جوامع در همه سطوح است. اين تغيير نيازمند مشاركت مردم و جامعه مدني است و لازمه آن نيز آگاهي و آموزش مردم درباره توسعه پايدار است. آموزش، زيربناي توسعه‌ جهان نوين است و بدون دستيابي به آموزش و ايجاد آگاهي همگاني در انسان­ ها توسعه پايدار از شعاري سطحي و عوامانه فراتر نخواهد رفت. هدف اين پژوهش كه با استفاده از روش توصيفي از نوع تحليل اسنادي به انجام رسيده، تبيين و تحليل اثر آموزش و به ويژه آموزش محيط زيست بر توسعه پايدار است. يافته­ ها حاكي از آن است كه توسعه پايدار و همه جانبه، از بستر نيروي انساني مي­گذرد و پيش شرط رخداد و تداوم هر توسعه و تحولي، سرمايه­ گذاري در نيروي انساني از طريق آموزش و به ويژه آموزش محيط زيست است كه به منزله ركن و هسته اصلي و محوري هر جامعه­ اي مي باشد؛ پس با توجه به اينكه آموزش يكي از مؤثرترين مؤلفه­ ها تأثيرگذار بر توسعه پايدار هر كشور است، انجام اقداماتي وسيع، همه جانبه، مستمر و فراگير در جهت افزايش آگاهي­ ها محيط زيستي جامعه امري ضروري به نظر مي­رسد. نگاه اقتصادي به مقوله آموزش از منظر سرمايه­ گذاري بر اساس استانداردهاي بانك جهاني و تبيين نقش آن در توسعه پايدار، نوآوري اين مقاله مي باشد.

The idea of sustainable development emerged from environmental concerns and criticism of economic and industrial development and its ideal is to preserve resources for all generations with meeting the needs of the present generation. Sustainable development requires extensive changes in the lives of communities at all levels. This change requires the participation of citizens and civil society and people awareness and education about sustainable development is its prerequisite. Education is the infrastructure of development of our modern world and without accessibility to education and creating general awareness in humans, sustainable development will not exceed a superficial and vulgar slogan. The purpose of this research using descriptive document analysis is to explain and analyze the impact of education and especially environmental education on sustainable development. The findings suggest that a sustainable and comprehensive development will be via human resources development and the prerequisite of the occurrence and continuation of any development, is investment in human resources through education and especially environmental education which is a central core and pillar of any society. Considering that education is one of the most influential factors affecting the sustainable development of each country, wide, continuous, comprehensive and inclusive measures in order to increase environmental awareness is necessary. Economic view to the issue of education from the perspective of investment, according to World Bank standards and explaining its role in sustainable development, is the innovation of this paper.
