Dimensions of Culture and Jihadi Management in realization of resistive economy in the I.R.I police force

زمينه و هدف: اين پژوهش همگام با پيام تاريخي رهبر معظم انقلاب انجام گرفت. حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي، سياست‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي را به‌عنوان ريشه و بنيان تحقق حماسه اقتصادي براي كليه سازمان‌ها برشمردند و تأكيد كردند كه سياست‌گذاري و اجراي برنامه‌هاي اقتصادي، معطوف به پايداري در همه سطوح با فرض فشار همه‌جانبه نظام سلطه بايد مورد توجه فرماندهان و مديران قرار گيرد. روش: روش اين پژوهش اكتشافي و جامعه آماري آن كليه كارشناسان اقتصادي، فرهنگي و اجتماعي و مديريتي نيروي انتظامي (214 نفر) هستند كه بااستفاده از معادله كوكران، تعداد 111 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، مصاحبه عميق و پرسش‌نامه است كه قبل از اجرا، اعتبار و پايايي آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. داده‌هاي استخراج شده بر پايه آزمون‌هاي آماري متناسب با سطح سنجه متغير‌ها، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: بر پايه محاسبه تحليل چند متغيره رگرسيون، كليه متغير‌هاي پژوهش در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي در نيروي انتظامي تأثير دارند. براساس ضرايب بتا، مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد مديريت جهادي (β=0/381)، عزم سازماني (β=0/366) و اقتصادي (β=0/241) ازنظر تأثيرگذاري در رتبه‌هاي اول تا سوم قرار دارند. نتايج: نتايج پژوهش تأييد مي‌كند كه فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي مبتني بر اقتصاد مقاومتي نيروي انتظامي بايد داراي اقتصاد ترميمي داراي مباني «مقاوم‌سازي»، «آسيب‌زدايي»، «خلل‌گيري» و «ترميم» ساختارها و نهادهاي فرسوده و ناكارآمد موجود و اقتصاد دفاعي مبتني بر «هجمه‌شناسي»،‌ «آفندشناسي» و «پدافندشناسي» در برابر دشمن و تحريم‌هاي اقتصادي باشد.

Purpose and background: This research was performed consistent with historical message of I.R.I Supreme Leader. Ayatollah Khamenei introduced policies of resistive economy as roots and foundation in realization of economic great work for all organizations and emphasized that policy making and implementation of economic plans, self-sustainability at all levels assuming full pressure of hegemonic system, should be considered by military and police commanders and managers. Method: The present study is exploratory and the statistical population consists of all economic, cultural, social and administrative experts of police (214). Sample size calculated equal to 111 persons by using Cochran formula. Data Collection tools is depth interviews and questionnaires. Before the implementation of was confirmed reliability and validity of research tools. Data were analyzed based on statistical tests compatible with measure the variables. Results: multivariate regression analysis based on the calculation, all variables Affect realization of resistive economy in the police force. Based on the beta coefficients, components and dimensions of Jihadi management (β=0.381), in terms of the effectiveness organizational commitment (β=0.366) and economic (β=0.241) are respectively ranked from first to third. Conclusion: The results confirms that economic activities based on of resistive economy in police force should be given the economic recovery with the principles of "strengthening", "Fix Vulnerability", "Fix gaps", and "restore" old structures and institutions and inefficient available and defense-based economy "Understanding the invasion", "Understanding the offense" and "understanding the defense” and economic sanctions against the enemy
