بررسي مطلوبيت فضاهاي گذران اوقات فراغت شهروندان ايلام (مطالعه موردي: فضاهاي سبز شهري)

(Investigation of the Desirability of Spaces to Spend Leisure Time for Ilam Citizens (case study: the urban green spaces

بررسي فضاهاي سبز شهري به عنوان بخشي از فضاهاي گذران اوقات فراغت و بخش جاندار ساخت كالبدي شهرها كه در حفظ و تعادل محيط زيست شهري، تعديل آلودگي هوا، تفريح، پرورش روحي و جسمي و آسايش رواني شهروندان، نقش عمده اي ايفا مي كنند، اهميت زيادي دارد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي مطلوبيت فضاهاي گذران اوقات فراغتِ شهروندان شهر ايلام؛ يعني فضاهاي سبز و پارك ها مي باشد. روش انجام اين پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي است و جامعه آماري آن را كارشناسان گردشگري و مديريت شهري تشكيل مي دهند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري كوكران، 234 نفر از آنها به عنوان حجم نمونه، انتخاب شد. جمع آوري اطلاعات نيز به شيوه ميداني انجام گرفت. نتايج حاصل از آزمون T يك طرفه نشان داد كه فضاهاي سبز و پارك هاي شهر ايلام به لحاظ داشتنِ امكانات و ويژگي هاي استاندارد در وضعيت نامناسبي قرار دارند. سرانه فضاي سبز شهر نيز به نسبت استاندارد ملي و جهاني در سطح بسيار پايين تري است؛ بنابراين پارك ها و فضاهاي سبز شهر از كيفيت مناسبي براي گذران اوقات فراغت برخوردار نيستند.

Investigating the urban green spaces is of high importance as the green space is a place to spend spare time and it is a live part of urban bodies which has an essential role in conserving and balancing the urban environment، air pollution، leisure، mental and physical growing، and also the comfort of citizens. The main objective of the current paper is to investigate desirability of spaces to spend free time for spaces of Ilam city's citizens. The research method in the current study is a descriptive - analytical one. The statistical population of this study includes tourism experts as well as city managers and the sample size based on Cochran’s Formula، includes 234 participants. The required information was obtained using field methods، i.e. a designed questionnaire. The results obtained from one-way T test showed that green spaces and urban parks of Ilam City were in a weak state regarding the standard characteristics of urban parks. The green space per capita is lower than the national and global standards. Moreover، the urban parks and green spaces to spend free time are not in a good quality
