The Role of Zakat in Building Wealth from the View of the Holy Quran

اين نوشتار در تلاش است تا به بررسي اهميت و نقش زكات در توليد ثروت از طريق فقرزدايي و رفع محروميت از جامعه با از بين بردن شكاف و فاصله هاي عميق طبقاتي و برخورداري تمامي انسان ها از ثروت هاي خدادادي از منظر قرآن كريم بپردازد. رويكرد قرآن كريم در خلق ثروت از طريق سازوكار زكات، معطوف بر رشد قابليت هاي فردي و توانمندسازي افرادي است كه به واسطه فقر از چرخه اشتغال و توليد خارج شده اند و توان بازگشت به اين چرخه را به سبب فقر ندارند. بنابراين، نقش زكات در مشاركت دادن فقرا در رشد و توسعه و توليد ثروت عبارت است از: افزايش استفاده يا افزايش بهره وري استفاده از فراوان ترين دارايي آنها، يعني كار خواهد بود كه از اين طريق است كه مي توان درآمد پايدار و مطمئني را نيز براي آنها خلق كرد. پژوهش ها نشان مي دهد چنانچه گردآوري و هزينه كردن زكات با درايت و مديريت انجام شود، زكات توان تامين مالي بسيار بالايي را براي حذف فقر و ايجاد اشتغال براي به ميدان آوردن نيروي كار فقرا را دارد. ازاين رو، سياست هاي حمايتي - اقتصادي قرآن كريم در قالب زكات ريشه كن سازي فقر و محروميت در جامعه است و تمركز آن بر روي از بين بردن شكاف قابليتي و ايجاد توانمندي براي كار و ايجاد اشتغال در افراد خواهد بود. فرض ما در اين نوشتار بر اين است كه با چنين رويكردي به عملكرد زكات، مي توان علاوه بر ريشه كن سازي فقر و محروميت در جامعه به توليد و خلق ثروت نيز پرداخت.

This note tries to examine the importance and the role of Zakat in building wealth through the alleviation of poverty or poverty eradication and the poverty reduction in the community with removing widening gap and deep social class inequality or social gaps and its role for all people to possess the God- given wealth from the point of the noble Quran. The approach of the noble Quran in building wealth through Zakat mechanism focusing on the growth of personal capacity and empowering those who take disadvantage in business or economy circle and those who are not able to take advantage again because of poverty. So, the role of Zakat in enabling the poor to participate in the growth, development and building wealth is: increasing using or productivity using with using the most abundant property mean "work" through this way, it is possible to create stable and assured income for them. The research shows that if Zakat collection and Zakat spending is done by mind and management it will be able to provide high financial to eliminate poverty and produce occupations to make the work force of the poor engage. Therefore, the protective and financial policies of the holy Quran in the form of zakat is to root out poverty and deprivation in the society and its focus on eliminating the capacity discrimination and creating capacity for work and occupation for persons. With this approach to the function of Zakat, in this paper it is assumed that it is possible to build wealth in the community while eliminating poverty and deprivation.
