زمينه و هدف: پژوهش آسيب‌شناسي فرايند آموزش تا صدور گواهينامه در آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي شهر كرج با هدف شناخت آسيب‌شناسي و شناخت مسائل مربوط به فرايند آموزش (عملي و نظري) تا صدور گواهينامه در آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي صورت گرفته است. با توجه به جايگاه آموزش و آموزش‌هاي كلاسيك و هدفمند در امر رانندگي و اهميت آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي كه بعد از دهۀ 70 نقش مهمي را در صدور گواهينامه ايفا نمودند، به نظر مي‌رسد كه با آسيب‌شناسي در اين زمينه مي‌توان خلأهاي موجود را مرتفع نمود. روش: پژوهشگر براي انجام پژوهش از روش توصيفي - پيمايشي بهره گرفته و جامعۀ آماري نيز مراجعه‌كنندگان و هنرجويان آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي شهر كرج هستند. لذا حجم اين جامعه از روي تعداد 6 ماهۀ نخست سال 1394 به‌ دست ‌آمده است كه تعداد آن‌ها، 25 هزار و 421 نفر است. براي محاسبۀ حجم نمونه از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد كه درنهايت تعداد 231 نفر از طريق روش نمونه‌گيري احتمالي طبقه‌اي براي نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها نيز پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگرساخته است كه اعتبار و پايايي آن قبل از اجرا موردِتأييد قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج پژوهش ضمن تأييد يافته‌هاي ساير پژوهش‌هاي مشابه نشان مي‌دهد كه بهجز متغير برنامه‌ريزي آموزشي، ساير متغيرهاي پژوهش در بروز آسيب‌پذيري فرايند آموزش به هنرجويان در آموزشگاه‌هاي رانندگي موثر است؛ كه البته طبق ضرايب بتا، آسيب‌هاي مربوط به آموزش‌هاي عملي، آسيب‌هاي مربوط به وضعيت مكاني و تجهيزات آموزشگاه‌ها و آسيب‌هاي مربوط به توانايي علمي اساتيد در آموزش بيش از ساير متغيرهاي مستقل است. پيشنهادها: پليس راهور با برگزاري دوره‌هاي ضمن خدمت و كلاس‌هاي آموزشي مديريت آموزشگاه‌ها و نيز كنترل نامحسوس مديران آموزشي از طريق دوربين‌هاي مركزي مي‌تواند مشكلات را به حداقل برساند. همچنين نظارت كافي بر آموزش مربيان رانندگي توسط مديران آموزشگاه‌ها و ساير افسران راهور صورت پذيرد و در صورت بروز تخلف، مربيان به مبادي قانوني معرفي شوند.

Method: The researcher used a descriptive, survey method to analyze the research. The statistical population is also referrals and students of driving schools in Karaj city. Therefore, the size of this society was obtained from the first 6 months of 1394, which is 25421 people, which of course is used to calculate the sample size using the Cochran formula. So, for calculating sample size, the Cochran formula was used. Finally, 231 people were calculated and samples were selected through stratified Probabilistic sampling method. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was confirmed its validity and reliability before its implementation. Findings: The results of the research, while confirming the findings of other similar studies, show that, apart from the educational planning variable, other variables are effective in the study of the vulnerability of education process to students in driving schools which Of course, according to beta coefficients, the damages related to practical training – damages related to the location and the schools equipment and damages related to the academic ability of teachers in education is more than other independent variables. Suggestions: Traffic police can minimize these problems by holding in-service courses and educational classes as well as unmanageable control of educational managers through central cameras. Also, adequate supervision is provided on the training of driving Instructors by the managers of the schools and other officers of the traffic police, and in the event of a violation, the coaches will be introduced to the legal basis.
