بررسي تأثير سه متغير مستقل (تعداد تخلفات، تعداد وسايل نقليه و سرعت غيرمجاز) بر تعداد تصادفات (آزادراه تبريز - قزوين)

(Evaluating the Impact of Three Independent Variables (the Number of Traffic Violation, Transportation and Unauthorized Speed) on the number of accidents (Tabriz-Qazvin highway’s case study

زمينه و هدف: باوجود متغيرهاي مختلفي كه باعث تصادفات مي‌شوند، مي‌توان به سرعت و تخلفات رانندگي به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل تصادفات اشاره كرد. مطالعات نسبتاً خوبي در سراسر دنيا به‌منظور مدل‌سازي ارتباط بين متغيرهاي مختلف و احتمال بروز تصادفات انجام ‌شده است؛ اما تاكنون بررسي تأثير سه متغير مستقل (تعداد تخلفات، تعداد وسايل نقليه و سرعت غيرمجاز) بر تعداد تصادفات، در كمتر پژوهشي موردبررسي قرار گرفته است. لذا هدف اصلي اين مطالعه، پيش‌بيني تعداد تصادفات با توجه به تاريخچۀ اطلاعاتي موجود است. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است. محور تبريز - قزوين به‌عنوان محور مطالعاتي موردبررسي قرار گرفت. اين مطالعه بر اساس تحقيقات ميداني و بررسي اسناد و مدارك صورت گرفته است و با استناد به آمار تصادفات موجود در آزادراه مذكور به بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS پرداخته ‌شده است. با توجه به اينكه داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده كمّي بوده و پژوهش به دنبال بررسي و تعيين رابطۀ متغيرها مي‌باشد، از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون براي سنجش رابطه استفاده‌ شده است و همچنين با توجه به پذيرش رابطۀ خطي بين متغيرهاي پژوهش براي پيداكردن معادلۀ رابطه، از رگرسيون خطي استفاده ‌شده است. يافته‌ها: اطلاعات مربوط در سال‌هاي متوالي جمع‌آوري و موردِارزيابي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه 31 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته، با اين متغيرهاي مستقل توضيح داده مي‌شود، بقيه تغييرات به متغيرهاي ديگري وابسته است كه در نظر گرفته نشده‌اند. پيشنهادها: پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه براي كاهش تخلفات مربوط به سرعت، با راه‌اندازي نرم‌افزاري براي صدور و توزيع برگۀ جريمه به‌صورت پيامك برخط براي متخلفاني كه سرعت غيرمجاز دارند، صادر شود تا تخلفات و تصادفات به‌سوي روند نزولي سير كند

The field and purpose: By considering different variables that cause accidents, we can refer to unauthorized speed and driving offenses which are as one of the most important factors in accidents. There are relatively good studies around the world to model the relationship between different variables and the probability of accidents.. but so far, a few studies have been done on the impact of three independent variables (the number of traffic violations, transportations and unauthorized speed) on the number of accidents. Therefore,this study aims to predict the number of accidents according to the collected information in previous researches. Method: This research is a descriptive-analytical study, which was considered as the axis of study of Tabriz-Keshwin axis which is based on field research and documentation reviews. Based on the statistics of crashes on the freeway, the research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS software. Considering that the collected data is small and the research is to investigate and determine the relationship between the variables, Pearson correlation coefficient has been used to measure the relationship. Also, with regard to the acceptance of the linear relationship between research variables, linear regression has been used to find the relation equation. Findings: Information related to number of traffic violations, transportations were collecting and evaluating in consecutive years. After calculating it was realized that 31 percent of the dependent variables changes’ was related to independent variables mentioned above. Other changes were related to variables which were not considered in the study. Suggestions: It is suggested to be issued to reduce violations related to speed with the field of software launching for the issuance and distribution of a fine or online SMS for offenders who are unauthorized speed, so that violations and accidents will continue to decline.
