ارزيابي فني اجرايي نقش‌سازه‌هاي كوچك بر توسعه منابع آب با رويكرد توسعه پوشش گياهي (مطالعه موردي: دشت ورامين)

(The Technical Executive Assessment of Role of Small Structures on Development of Water Resources with Approach of Outreach of Vegetation Cover (Case Study: Varamin Plain

امروزه ارزيابي پروژه‌هاي منابع طبيعي از بنيادي‌ترين مسائلي است كه در كشورها به‌منظور برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي آينده، در رابطه با طرح ‏هاي اجرايي و مديريت در اين عرصه انجام مي‏ گيرد. در اين پژوهش، ارزيابي عمليات آبخيزداري در حوزۀ آبخيز توچال با بهره‎گيري از مطالعات اوليه و تلفيق آنها، انجام شد. علاوه بر عمليات آبخيزداري، عمليات بيولوژيك در منطقه مطالعاتي نيز بررسي شده‌است. با توجه به آمار چاه‌هاي پيزومتري در منطقه مطالعاتي در قبل و بعد از اجراي عمليات، تاثير اين عمليات در بهبود منابع آب منطقه مورد ارزيابي، قرار داده شده‌ است. در ابتدا، وضعيت سازه‌ها از طريق بررسي ميداني مورد بازبيني قرار گرفت و درصد كارايي براي هر يك از سازه‌ها محاسبه شد. هدف از اجراي عمليات بيولوژيك علاوه بر كاهش توليد رسوب، افزايش مقدار نفوذپذيري در پشت سازه‌هاي احداثي بوده‌ است. درسطح عمليات بيولوژيك، فعاليت‌هايي مانند قلمه‌كاري، نهال‌كاري، بذرپاشي، بذركاري و قرق پيشنهاد شده‌ است، كه از اين عمليات 10 هكتار نهال‌كاري، 1000 هكتار كپه كاري، 700 هكتار بذر‌پاشي و 500 هكتار قرق اجرا شده‌ است. عمليات بيولوژيك در منطقه مطالعاتي براي كنترل فرسايش و حفاظت خاك صورت گرفته‌است. نتايج بررسي‌ها نشان داد كه درصد كارايي سازه‌هاي گابيوني و سنگ و سيمان و خشكه چين به ترتيب 75%، 66% و ۱۴/۸% ‌است. در پايان با در نظر گرفتن شاخص متغير اقليمي، SPI طي دوره آماري هيدروگراف آب زيرزميني رسم شد و مقدار عملكرد عمليات بيولوژيك و سازه‌ها در افزايش سطح آب زيرزميني بررسي شد. متوسط دبي پس از اجراي عمليات 30. 36 ليتر بر ثانيه افزايش يافته‌است.

Assessment of natural resources projects is one of the most basic problems that are done to program the upcomingapplied plans and management of these fields in different untries. In this study, the assessment of watershed operationin Tochal watershed basin was carried out through some primary studies and then integrating them together. In additionto tershed operation, was studied biological operation in study region. According to pizometric statistics wells instudied area, was appraised to improvement of water resources in before and after of Implementation of operation. Atfirst, the efficiency percentage was determined for each of the applied structures by evaluating the condition ofstructures through field study. The aim of the execution of biological operation has been increase of the rate ofpermeability in construction operation, in addition of consolidation of sediment in area. The result of eviews show, theefficiency percentage of gabion, stone – cement, and the other structures were 75, 66, and 14. 8 respectively. Inbiological operation, some activities are offered, for example, nothing Spades, working Plant, seeding, drilling andprotection. that among of this the proposed operation is executed: 10 hectare for working plant,1000 hectare for drilling , 700 hectare for seeding and 500 hectare for protection. The biological operation has just done for erosion controllingand soil conservation the volume of the precipitation behind the structures was calculated as 49775. 3 m3 and most ofthe structure capacity to control precipitation was for sediment control. Also with considering climatic parameters, SPI index statistical period was drawn. With drawing underground water hydrograph, the performance of biological andstructural operation was considered in increasing of underground water level. The average of discharge has increased30.36 liter/second.
