بررسي رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي با فعاليت شغلي كاركنان دانشگاه (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شرق)

(Assessing the Relationship between Social Capital and Occupational Activity (Case of Study: Employees in Islamic Azad University East Tehran Branch

اين تحقيق با هدف شناخت رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي با فعاليت شغلي كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شرق انجام شده است. روش تحقيق به كار گرفته شده در اين پژوهش از نوع ميداني و كتابخانه اي بوده و از نظر شيوه اجرا از نوع همبستگي و از نظر هدف در زمره تحقيقات كاربردي قرار مي گيرد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شرق تشكيل داده اند كه تعداد آنها 143 نفر مي باشد. روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روش هاي آماري مرتبط مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و تاييد شده اند. توصيف داده ها نيز در دو بخش متغير هاي زمينه اي و متغير هاي اصلي با استفاده از شاخص هاي فراواني مطلق، فراواني نسبي، ميانگين، انحراف معيار و واريانس در قالب جداول ارائه گرديده و از آزمون هاي همبستگي و رگرسيون چند متغيره براي آزمون فرضيه ها استفاده شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و فعاليت اجتماعي با فعاليت شغلي كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران شرق رابطه وجود دارد.

Abstract: this study tries to assess the relationship between social capital and occupational activity among employees in Islamic Azad University, east Tehran branch. Different opinions among employees a gathered and analyzed and then opinions presented by them have been used. The method in this study is field research and reviewing library literature. In terms of the way of conducting, it is a correlation research and in terms of the research purpose, it exists among applied researches. The researcher has analyzed and interpreted the data gathered. Both descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data in this study. Description of data has been presented in tables representing different indices such as absolute and relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance in background and main variables. Correlation tests, multiple regression and f-test are used to get into the proper conclusion and test the hypotheses. The results of the statistical analysis suggest that there is a positive correlation between social capital and occupational activity among employees in Islamic Azad University, east Tehran branch.
