ارزيابي دانش و مهارت اكتسابي كاركنان و توانمندي آموزشگران دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان مركزي

Evaluation of Acquired Knowledge and Skills by Employees’ and Capability of Trainers of In-service Training Courses in Agricultural Jihad Organization of Markazi Province

هدف اين پژوهش ارزيابي دانش و مهارت اكتسابي كاركنان و توانمندي آموزشگران دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان مركزي بر اساس سطح اول و دوم الگوي كرك پاتريك بود. در ارزيابي اين دوره ها ابعاد مختلفي بررسي شد ولي به علت گستردگي مطالب در اين مقاله فقط دانش و مهارت اكتسابي كاركنان و توانمندي آموزشگران دوره هاي آموزشي بررسي شده است. كاركنان شركت كننده در دوره هاي آموزشي سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان مركزي، جامعه آماري اين پژوهش مي باشند. حجم نمونه اين پژوهش با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي متناسب با حجم برابر با 173 نفر بوده است. داده هاي مورد نياز از طريق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوري شده و از طريق آزمون هاي آماري t تك نمونه اي، t مستقل، تحليل واريانس و آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحليل گرديد. بر اساس يافته ها، كيفيت دوره هاي آموزشي در مولفه هاي افزايش دانش و مهارت اكتسابي كاركنان و كيفيت توانمندي آموزشگران در سطح نسبتاً مطلوب ارزيابي شده است. از بين عوامل دموگرافيك هيچ كدام تاثيرگذار نبوده است

The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by employees’ and capability of trainers of in-service training in Agricultural Jihad Organization of the Markazi province. A Kirkpatrick's model was used based on the first and second levels. In evaluating the various aspects of the program review، but due to the breadth of content in this article only acquired the knowledge and skills of employees and the ability of teachers training courses have been investigated. This study is a combination of exploratory and applied research is conducted. Employees participating in training courses Agricultural Jihad Organization of Markazi province، target population، respectively. The sample using stratified random sampling of 173 people. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires made via one sample t test، t-test، ANOVA and Spearman correlation coefficient were analyzed using SPSS software. Based on the findings، the quality of educational courses in components increase the knowledge and skills acquired capability of employees and the quality of teachers is relatively desirable. Among demographic factors have not been any impact.
