اﻧﺪك ﻣﺪﺗﯽ ﭘﺲ از آﻏﺎز ﺟﻨﮓ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ دوم، ﺣﻤﻠﮥ آﻟﻤﺎن ﺑﻪ روﺳﯿﻪ، ﻣﺘﻔﻘﯿﻦ را در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب اﯾـ ﺮان ﺑﺮاي رﺳﺎﻧﺪن ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات و ﮐﻤﮏﻫﺎي ﻻزم ﺑﻪ روﺳﯿﻪ ﻣﺼﻤﻢ ﮐﺮد. اﮔـﺮ ﭼـﻪ دوﻟـﺖ اﯾـﺮان ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﺖ ﺑﯽﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﯾﺪ، اﻣﺎ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﺎر ﺟﻨﮓ و اﺷﻐﺎل ﺷﺪ و اﺷﻐﺎﻟﮕﺮان ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸـﺎه را ﭘﺎﯾﮕـﺎه ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺧﻮد ﻗﺮار دادﻧﺪ. ﺣﻀﻮر ﻗﻮاي ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﯿﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋه اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺲ، ﻣﺸـﮑﻼ ﺗﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ ﻫـﺎ ي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋ ﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼـﺎد ي و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎر آورد و ﺳﻮء ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮔﺰاران ﻣﺤﻠّﯽ و ﻣﺮﮐﺰي، زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣـﺮدم را ﺳـﺨﺖ ﺑـﻪ دﺷﻮاري اﻓﮑﻨﺪ: ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﻏﺬا و دارو، ﺧﻮاروﺑﺎر، ﮔﺮﺳﻨﮕﯽ، ﺑﯿﮑﺎري، دزدي و ﺷﺮارت. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻮﺷﺶ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺟﻨﮓ ﺑـﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠـﻞ دوم در ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸـﺎه، ﺑـﺎ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﮥ اﺳـﻨﺎد، روزﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ دﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﻮد.

German invasion of Russia occurred not long after the break of the Second World War which precipitated the Allied decision to choose Iran as a perfect venue to transport materiel and provide support to Russia. Notwithstanding Iran's declaration of neutrality, it was dragged into the conflict and was ultimately occupied and some its major cities hosted the military bases of the occupying forces. The presence of foreign introduce military forces, namely the British, caused hardships in social, economic and political spheres. Moreover, the mismanagement by local and national agents made people's lives miserable; food and medicine grew short, famine prevailed. unemployment hiked. rampant robbery and villainous acts had paralyzed life. Through studying historical documents, newspapers and other sources the current research has sat tempted to analyze the social implications of World War ll for Ketmanshah
