بررسي نقش مواد منفجره‌ي پليمري (PBXs) در توسعه‌ي مواد منفجره‌ي غير حسّاس روي شناورها

Investigating the Role of Polymer Bonded Explosive in the Development of Insensitive Explosive Materials on Crafts

حوادث متعددي كه در زمان انبارداري، حمل‌ونقل و استفاده از مواد منفجره و مهمات به وقوع پيوسته‌اند، نياز به داشتن مواد منفجره و مهمات غير حسّاس را الزامي كرده است. توسعه‌ي مواد پُرانرژيِ ايمن جهت توليد مهمات غير حسّاس به‌منظور افزايش ايمني، حفظ يا ارتقاي عملكرد از تحقيقات مهم در زمينه‌ي مهندسي مواد منفجره است. يكي از روش‌هاي دست‌يابي به مواد منفجره‌ي غير حسّاس، استفاده از مواد منفجره‌ي پليمري به جاي خرج‌هاي فعلي مي‌باشد. خواص منحصر به فرد مواد منفجره‌ي پليمري از جمله استحكام مكانيكي، خواص انفجاري، پايداري شيميايي و حرارتي بالا، حسّاسيت كم به شوك و ضربه، عمر انبارداري بالا و ايمني در حمل‌ونقل به‌ويژه در تجهيزات موجود روي شناورها منجر به توسعه اين مواد شده است. در اين مقاله، ضمن بررسي روش‌هاي دست‌يابي به مواد منفجره‌ي غير حسّاس و پاسخ آنها به انواع خطرهاي احتمالي، به نقش مواد منفجره‌ي پليمري در كاهش حسّاسيت مواد منفجره و پاسخ برخي از انواع اين نوع مهمات در آزمون‌هاي مهمات غير حسّاس پرداخته مي‌شود.

Multiple incidents, That took Place during The Storage, Transportation and use of explosive and ammunition, have required The having of explosives and insensitive ammunition. The development of safe energetic Materials is The major research in The field of explosive engineering for production of insensitive ammunition to increase safety, maintain or enhance performance one way to access to insensitive explosive. Materials are to use of Polymer bonded explosive instead of current expenditures. The unique Properties of The Polymer bonded explosive including Mechanical Strength, explosive Properties, high Thermal and chemical Stability, low Sensitivity to shock and hit, high storage life and safety in Transportation especially in available equipment on Craft, That led to the development of these Materials. In this paper, while in investigation of accessing methods for insensitive Materials and their response to possible risks, the role of Polymer bonded explosive in reducing the Sensitivity of explosive materials and the response of some types of this ammunition in insensitive ammunition tests also one discussed.
