ارزيابي تاثير ساختار جمعيت برمصرف برق(مطالعه موردي مقايسه مصرف انرژي برق استان هاي غرب و شرق كشور)

Evaluation Of The Effects Of Population Structure Of Electricity Consumption (Case Study Comparing Electricity Consumption Provinces West And East On The Country)

اهميت روز افزون منابع انرژي در شكل گيري و رشد فرآيندهاي اقتصادي و نيز ضرورت بهره برداري از اين منابع بر پايه ي ملاحظات زيست محيطي و توسعه ي پايدار اقتصادي و اجتماعي، موضوع شناسايي و مطالعه ي عوامل تاثيرگذار بر مصرف انرژي، به ويژه اندازه و ساختار جمعيت را برجسته مي كند. شايد بتوان برق را جز انرژي هايي دانست كه كمتر مي توان براي آن جانشين نزديكي پيدا كرد. بنابراين اين مقاله با استفاده از داده هاي تابلويي 12استان كشور، به بررسي و مقايسه تاثير ساختار جمعيت بر مصرف انرژي برق در استان هاي شرق(6استان) و غرب(6استان) كشور به صورت جداگانه طي دوره زماني 1390-1380پرداخته است. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه متغير درآمد بر مصرف برق در هر دو گروه استاني تاثير منفي داشته است با اين تفاوت كه افزايش درآمد در استان هاي شرقي مصرف برق را بيشتر كاهش داده است، همچنين اثر متغيرهاي جمعيت و شهرنشيني در هر دو گروه استاني مثبت بوده است اما اثر مثبت جمعيت در استان هاي شرق بر مصرف برق، به دليل جمعيت بالاي شرق، بيشتر است و اثر مثبت شهرنشيني در استان هاي شرق، به دليل درآمد بالاي شرقي ها و وجود تاسيسات شهري و استفاده ساكنان اين مناطق از وسايل برقي با مصرف برق كمتر، كمتر بوده است.

The increasing importance of energy resources in the formation and growth of economic processes as well as the need for utilization of these resources which are based on envirmental consideration and constant development of social and economical ones, to couseing identification subject and study of the factors on energy usage to be emboss. The size and structure of population is also among the factors that are important in issues related to the energy usage and it has been little studied. The electricity may be obtained to those energy which can be used to replace nearby. So this paper uses panel data of 12 provinces of the country, to analyze and compare the effect of the structure of population on the energy consumption of electricity in east (6 provinces) and west (6 provinces separately in a period, and the results show that income variant has a negative effect on electricity consumption in every provinces, however increasing of income in energy eastern provinces decreases the electricity consumption. The effects of variables such as population and urbanization has been positive in both provinces, but positive effects for the population of the eastern provinces on electricity consumption is more because of the high population of east. And the positive effect of urbanization is upper beacause of the existence of installations urban and residents consumption of electricity means
