روش‌شناسي تحليلي الكساندر ونت، الگويي نو براي تحليل‌هاي امنيتي، اطلاعاتي و حفاظتي

Alexander Wendt’s Analytic Methodology; A New Paradigm for Security, Intelligence and Protective Analysis

زمينه و هدف: يكي از مشكلات بزرگ و مهم پژوهشگران و تحليل‌گران حوزه امنيتي اين است كه در استفاده از نظريه‌هاي امنيتي در تحليل‌هاي خود دچار مشكل هستند. به‌طورمعمول كارشناسان امنيتي با مطالعه مكاتب مختلف امنيتي دچار ابهام و سردرگمي مي‌شوند؛ چرا كه برخي از نظريه‌ها و مكاتب امنيتي از روش‌هاي تحليلي فردگرايانه استفاده كرده و برخي ديگر از روش‌هاي كل‌‌گرايانه، برخي بر عوامل مادّي موثر بر مولفه‌هاي امنيتي و برخي ديگر بر عوامل معنايي تاكيد دارند، برخي تيوري‌ها به‌اصطلاح از نگاه پاييني به امنيت نگاه مي‌كنند و برخي مكاتب از نگاه بالايي؛ عده‌اي از انديشمندان در تحليل‌هايشان بر تقدم هستي‌شناسي تاكيد كرده‌اند، عده‌اي ديگر بر تقدم معرفت‌شناسي اهميت مي‌دهند. به‌راستي، چه بايد كرد و از اين همه تنوع روش‌شناسي تحليلي، كدام روش را مي‌توان به‌عنوان روشي مناسب در تحليل‌هاي امنيتي انتخاب كرد؟ هدف از اين تحقيق فهم روش‌شناسيِ امنيتيِ الكساندر ونت و بومي‌سازي آن در روش‌شناسيِ تحليلي علوم حفاظتي، اطلاعاتي و امنيتي است. روش‌شناسي: اين پژوهش با روش كتابخانه‌اي و رجوع به اسناد بوده و روش تحليل، روش فراتحليل است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: از نظر نگارنده، روش‌شناسي تحليليِ ساختار تعامل‌گراي نمادين الكساندر ونت، روش تحليلي مناسبي است؛ چرا كه ونت نهايت تلاش خود را كرده تا با تركيب و تلفيقِ ظريفِ روش‌هاي مختلف تحليلي و تبييني، طرحي نو در انگيزد و نسبت به ديگر روش‌هاي موجود روش جامع‌تري را ارايه نمايد.

Scope and purpose: One of the main problem facing researchers and analysts regarding security issue is applying the security theories in their analysis. Usually, security experts are being confused while studying varied security movements. Because some of these theories have used individualistic methods and others pluralistic, some emphasize materialistic causes impressive on security factors, some on conceptual factors. Some theories look upwards at security while others downwards. Some philosophers emphasize on ontology in their analysis but others on epistemology. In fact what should we do? And which method should be selected as a appropriate method for security analysis? The aim of this research is to understand the Alexander wendt’s security methodology and localizing in protective, intelligence, and security analytic methodology. Methodology: the research method is documentarily and library method and the analysis approach is metaanalysis. Results and findings: From the others point of view, the Alexander wentd’s symbolic interactive structure of analytic methodology is an appropriate analytic method. Since went has done his most attempt to make a new design through gentle integrating of different analytic and determinant methods and has offered a more comprehensive methods in comparison with others.
