نيازسنجي از مشاغل حوزه نظام سلامت جهت غني سازي با فعاليت ورزشي: مطالعه موردي فوريت هاي پزشكي استان گيلان

Needs Assessment of Jobs in the Field of the Health System to Enrich with the Sport Activities: Case study of Emergency Medicine in the Province of Guilan

هدف: هدف از اين پژوهش نيازسنجي ورزشي و ارزيابي كيفي آن جهت غني سازي شغلي در حوزه فوريت هاي پزشكي‌ استان گيلان بود. روش‌شناسي: روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كاركنان فوريت‌هاي پزشكي (370?N) و صاحب نظران در زمينه ورزش نظام بهداشت و پزشكي در‌ استان گيلان بود. نمونه آماري به صورت تصادفي از پرسنل (201n= در فرمول كوكران) و به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس از صاحب نظران (13n=) انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش محقق ساخته و شامل يك پرسشنامه (6 بخش و 33 گويه) و يك رونوشت مصاحبه (ارزيابي كيفي مولفه‌ها) با مقياس‌بندي مرتبط هر بخش (ليكرت، موردي يا بازپاسخ) بود. روايي نظري (??/0= سيگماي شمارشي/ 10 نفر متخصص) و پايايي (?8/0= بازآزمايي) مطلوب ارزيابي شد. تحليل يافته هاي پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (K-S و خي دو) در نرم‌افزار Excel و SPSS20 صورت گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه امكانات ورزشي بسيار كم، فشار كاري متوسط به بالا اما فعاليت بدني مناسب متوسط به پايين، عوارض جسماني متنوع، رضايت بسيار كم از خدمات سازمان و فعاليت ورزشي خود و تفاوت قابل ملاحظه بين فعاليت فعلي و موردعلاقه در فعاليت هاي ورزشي پرسنل وجود دارد. همچنين تفاوت معني داري بين اهميت شاخص‌هاي نيازستجي از ديدگاه پرسنل مشاهده شد (000/0P=).در مدل كيفي ارايه شده بر اساس ضريب تاكيد متخصصان، مولفه مديريت و عمليات داراي بيشترين اثر در غني‌سازي ورزشي حرفه فوريت پزشكي شناخته شدند. علاوه بر اين الگوي ساختاري مطلوبي جهت توسعه و غني سازي فعاليت ورزشي در محيط سازماني فوريت هاي پزشكي ارايه شد نتيجه‌گيري: به نظر مي رسد با توجه وضعيت نامطلوب ارزيابي شده از نيازسنجي پرسنل، مديريت بخش مربوط بايد مداخله مناسب و متناسب اساسي در اين زمينه انجام دهد.

Objective: The aim of this research was needs assessment and quality evaluation of jobs to enrich with sport activities in Guilan provinceʹs emergency medicine. Methodology: It was a descriptive study. The population included the emergency medicine staff (N?370), and the experts in medicine and health system in the province of Guilan. The staff (Cochranʹs formula: n=201) by random sampling and the experts (n=13) by convenience and purposeful sampling were selected. Research tool was the structured questionnaire (6 sections and 33 items) as well as a transcript of the interview (the quality evaluation of components for the needs assessment).The scaling was associated with each section (Likert scale, case, the Open-ended). The theoretical validity (Sigma counting=0.89, 10 experts) and reliability (retest=0.88) were acceptable. Analysis of Findings was done by the descriptive and inferential statistics (K-S and Chi-square) in the Excel and SPSS20 software. Results: The results were the followings: the sport facilities were few; workplace stress was above average but physical activity was below average; there were various physical side effects; the satisfaction at the services and their physical activity was low; and there was significant difference between the existing physical activity and the desired among the staff. Also, the significant difference was observed between the indicators according to the staffʹs view (p=0 < 0005). In the qualitative model, the most effective components to enrich sport of medical emergency were management and administration operations. In addition, a fit structural model for the development and enrichment of physical activity at the organizational environment of medical emergencies was presented. Conclusion: It seems due to the evaluation findings of needs assessment; the management should intervene in this issue to handle it.
