Psychometric Properties of the Relationship Quality Scale (RQ)

مقدمه: كيفيت روابط زوجين نقش اساسي در ارزيابي كيفيت كلي ارتباطات خانوادگي دارد. سنجش كيفيت روابط زوجين با استفاده از ابزاري روا و پايا از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعيين ويژگيهاي روانسنجي و اعتبار يابي پرسشنامه كيفيت روابط زوجين بود. مواد و روش كار: در اين مطالعه روش شناسي با استفاده از روش استاندارد مستقيم و بالعكس (Back & Forward) ابتدا نسخه انگليسي ابزار به فارسي ترجمه گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه كيفيت روابط زوجين با استفاده از روايي محتواي كيفي و كمي، روايي صوري، روايي سازه (تحليل عاملي تاييدي)، روايي همزمان و مقايسه گروه هاي شناخته شده تعيين شد. پايايي ابزار با استفاده از همساني دروني و آزمون مجدد بررسي شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي آماري SPSS نسخه 16 و AMOS نسخه 22 تحليل شد. يافته ها: در بررسي اعتبار كمي و كيفي محتوا و اعتبار صوري همه سوالات مورد تاييد قرار گرفتند. مقاديرCVI و CVR كل ابزار به ترتيب 94/0 و 92/0بدست آمد. تحليل عاملي تاييدي نشان داد ابزار از ساختار تك عاملي همچون نسخه اصلي برخوردار است. در ارزيابي روايي همزمان يافته ها نشان داد همبستگي معني داري بين نمرات حاصل از ابزار كيفيت روابط زوجين و ابزارهاي رضايت زناشويي انريچ و مقياس ارزيابي رابطه وجود دارد. نتايج مقايسه گروههاي شناخته شده با استفاده از ابزار رضايت زوجي كانزاس نشان داد، نمره كيفيت روابط زوجي گروه داراي رضايت بطور معني داري بيش از افراد فاقد رضايت است. ارزيابي پايايي ابزار نشان داد همساني دروني و نيز ثبات ابزار با استفاده از آزمون مجدد عالي بود (به ترتيب آلفاي كرونباخ 90/0و همبستگي درون طبقه اي 92/0). بحث و نتيجه گيري: يافته ها نشان داد نسخه فارسي ابزار كيفيت روابط زوجين از نظر ويژگيهاي ساختاري مطلوب بوده و ابزاري روا و پايا براي اندازه گيري كيفيت روابط زوجين است.

Objective (s): One of the dimensions of couplesʹ relationships is the quality of marital relationships that has a fundamental role in evaluating the quality of family relationships. Evaluation of marital quality using valid and reliable tools is crucial. The purpose of this study was to determine psychometric properties of the Relationship Quality scale (RQ). Methods: In this cross-sectional study, the English version of the scale was translated into Persian language using a standard translation technique. Validity of the questionnaire was assessed by qualitative and quantitative content validity, face validity, construct validity, convergent and known groups comparison. Reliability was determined by internal consistency and test re test. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16 and statistical software AMOS version 22. Results: In evaluation of quantitative and qualitative content validity, all questions were approved. Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) were obtained 0.94 and 0.92 respectively. The Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed one -factor structure. In the evaluation of concurrent validity, the findings showed that the RQ scale is correlated with the relationship assessment scale (RAS) and the marital satisfaction ENRICH scale. The known groups comparison discriminated between people with and without marital satisfaction based on Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale (p < 0.001). The results showed that the score of RQ scale in satisfied group was significantly higher than those who were not satisfied. Reliability evaluation was demonstrated excellent internal consistency and test–retest reliability (Cronbach’s alpha and ICC were 0.90 and 0.92 respectively). Conclusion: The results showed that the Persian version of the quality of the relationship scale had a good structural characteristic and it is a reliable and valid instrument in assessing the quality of the relationship between couples.
