رابطه تصور از پايگاه اجتماعي معلمان در افكار عمومي با سبك زندگي آنان؛ مورد مطالعه: دوره‌هاي مختلف تحصيلي آموزش و پرورش خراسان جنوبي

The Relation between the Perception of the Social Status of Teachers in Public Opinion and Their Lifestyle, Case study: Different educational courses for Southern Khorasan Education Organization

توجه به ارتقاء پايگاه اجتماعي معلمان در جامعه از مهم ترين عوامل موفقيت نظام آموزشي مي باشد. با روند گسترش وسايل ارتباط جمعي، افكار عمومي با زندگي اقشار و گروه هاي مختلف جامعه، ارتباطي تنگاتنگ يافته است. يكي از موضوعات بررسي، تصور معلمان از پايگاه اجتماعي شان است كه با كم و كيف شيوه زندگي شان، ارتباط مي يابد. هدف از اين پژوهش، شناخت تصور معلمان از پايگاه اجتماعي شان نزد افكار عمومي و اين كه اين تصور، چه ارتباطي با سبك زندگي شان داشته است، مي باشد. از نظر روش، اين پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي- توصيف همبستگي است. داده ها با استفاده از ابزار پرسش نامه جمع آوري شدند. روايي ابزار تحقيق مقدار 784/0 حاصل شد. جامعه آماري در تحقيق حاضر كليه معلمان شاغل در استان خراسان جنوبي در سال تحصيلي 92-93 بوده است كه در مجموع 13256 نفر معلم شاغل (زن و مرد) در مقاطع مختلف تحصيلي را شامل مي گردد. حجم نمونه 400 نفر معلم زن و مرد با فرمول كوكران محاسبه گرديد. سپس با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چندمرحله اي، از كل مناطق آموزشي پنج شهر (نهبندان جنوب استان، بيرجند مركز استان، طبس گلشن غرب استان، قاين شمال استان و درميان شرق استان) انتخاب و سپس از هر شهر چهار مدرسه (دو دخترانه و دو پسرانه) و از مركز استان (بيرجند) ده مدرسه انتخاب گرديد كه در مجموع 26 مدرسه با روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب و سپس در هر مدرسه تعداد 16 پرسش نامه تكميل گرديد كه در نهايت، تجزيه و تحليل روي 400 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت. براي تحليل داده ها از آزمون رگرسيون چندمتغيره استفاده شد. نتايج آزمون رگرسيون چندمتغيره نشان داد كه 32/0 از تغييرات متغير ملاك (سبك زندگي) به وسيله متغير پيش بين (پايگاه اجتماعي) تبيين مي گردد. با توجه به تحليل يافته ها به نظر مي رسد نهادهايي كه در اشاعه افكار عمومي نقش مهمي دارند، مانند رسانه هاي ارتباط جمعي، مي بايست در جهت حفظ و گرامي داشت پايگاه اجتماعي معلمان، تلاش نمايند.

Considering the promotion of the social base of teachers in society is one of the most important factors in the success of the educational system. With the development of mass media، public opinion has been closely linked to the lives of different classes and groups of society. One of the topics of study is the imagination of the teachers of their social base، which is associated with the quality of their lifestyle. The purpose of this research is to identify the teachers’ perceptions of their social status in public opinion and how that perception has been related to their lifestyle. In terms of method، this research is a correlational descriptive survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire. validty of research tool was 0.784. The statistical population in this research is all teachers working in South Khorasan Province in the academic year of 92-93. A total of 13256 employed teachers (men and women) in different educational levels are included. The sample size is 400 male and female teachers calculated using Cochran formula. Then، using multi-stage cluster sampling method، five cities (Nehbandan، south of province، Birjand، province center، Tabas Golshan، west of province، Ghaein north of province and Darmiyan East of the province) were selected and then from each city four Schools (two girls and two boys) and from provincial capital (Birjand) 10 schools were selected. A total of 26 schools were selected by simple random sampling and then 16 questionnaires were completed in each school. Finally، the analysis was performed on 400 questionnaires. For data analysis، multivariate regression was used. The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that 0.32 of the criterion variable changes (lifestyle) are explained by the predictor variable (social status). According to the analysis of findings، it appears that institutions that play an important role in the dissemination of public opinion، such as mass media، should work to preserve and celebrate the teachers’ social base.
