The Skills of Social Work in Making the Orphans Empower Based on the Manner of the Infallible Imams- Aemeh Athar- (a.s)

مددكاري در تعاليم همه اديان آسماني آمده است و همه ي رهبران الهي مردم را بدان فرا خوانده اند. از اينرو خاستگاه مددكاري را بايد در اديان جستجو كرد، چرا كه يكي از مهمترين پندهاي همه اديان كمك كردن و ياري رساندن به همديگر و همنوع خود است. در آيات قرآن و روايات معصومين (عليهم السلام) نيز به مددكاري و ياري رساندن بويژه به يتيمان توجه ويژه اي شده و دستورات صريح و اكيدي در اين خصوص دارد. بر اين اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي مباني و مهارت هاي مددكاري اسلامي در توانمندسازي ايتام بر مبناي سيره ائمه اطهار (عليهم السلام) به ويژه امام رضا (عليهم السلام) مي باشد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و از نوع تحليل اسنادي است. جامعه تحقيق شامل قرآن كريم و احاديث و روايات معصومين (عليهم السلام) و ديگر بزرگان است كه در كتابها، نشريات و پژوهش ها و تحقيقات مرتبط با موضوع تحقيق مي باشد. نمونه گيري به شيوه هدفمند انجام شده و بر اين اساس از منابع فوق الذكر استفاده گرديده است. ابزار پژوهش نيز فيش برداري بوده است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا مفاهيم و اصطلاحات مرتبط با تحقيق تعريف و بيان شده است. سپس اهميت و ضرورت مددكاري در جامعه بر مبناي سيره ائمه (عليهم السلام) ذكر گرديده و در پايان نيز عوامل و مولفه هاي موثر در توانمند سازي ايتام بر مبناي سيره ائمه اطهار (عليهم السلام) بويژه امام رضا (عليهم السلام) مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است و به اين نتيجه رسيده است كه؛ مددكاري يك اصل مهم اجتماعي و همه جانبه است كه علاوه بر امور مادي، ابعاد روحي و معنوي زندگي را نيز شامل مي‏شود. ائمه اطهار (عليهم السلام) بويژه امام رضا (عليهم السلام) در سيره و آموزه هاي خود همگان را به توجه و ياري رساندن به ايتام و توانمند ساختن آنها جهت عهده دار شدن امور زندگي خود سفارش نموده و مولفه هايي براي آن معرفي نموده اند كه با بهره گيري از اين مولفه ها مي توان به ثمرات آن دست يافت.

Social work has been indicated by all divine religions and all divine leaders have encouraged people to participate. So, the origin of social work should be investigated in the religions, because one of the most important advices of all divine religions is to help and assist each other and the fellow men (the other people). There is a special attention at the holy Quran verses and the hadiths of the infallible Imams (a.s.) related to assist and help orphans and there are obvious and firm orders about this matter. According to this, the purpose of this research is to study the principles and skills of the Islamic social work to empower orphans based on the manner of Aemeh Athar(a.s) specially Imam Reza(p.b.u.h). The method of research is descriptive and of the documentary analysis. Research tools are the noble Quran, the infallibles' traditions and hadiths and other great scholars' writings in the books, magazines and researches connected to the issue. Sampling has been done in a purposeful manner and for this, it has been used the above sources. The tool of the research has been taking note. At first, it has been defined and presented the terms and a concept related to the research and then it has been mentioned the importance and necessity of the social work in the society according to the manner of Aemeh Athar (a.s). At the end the effective components and factors for empowering orphans based on the manner of Aemeh Athar (a.s) specially Imam Reza (p.b.u.h) have been studied and analyzed. The results show that the social work is an important social principle and all aspects which it takes account of the spiritual dimensions of the life as well the material dimensions. Aemeh Athar(a.s) specially Imam Reza (p.b.u.h)in their manner and behaviors and their teachings have recommended all people to consider and help orphans and empower them to take on their responsibility over their life affairs and infallible Imams (a.s) have defined components for it. With using these components, it is possible to achieve to its fruits.
