The Examination of the Ethical Standards of Islam, Judaism and Christianity in the Professional Ethics (Comparative Approach )

بيان آموزه هاي اخلاقي از اساسي ترين اركان شرايع آسماني براي رساندن انسان به كمال نهايي است و اين آموزه ها همواره راهنماي جهانيان در كسب وكار بوده است. پيشوايان اديان نيز با گفتار و عمل، پيروان خود را به تلاش براي آراسته شدن به زيور اخلاق تشويق كرده اند. دين مبين اسلام به عنوان آخرين و كامل ترين دين الهي چه از طريق آيات و چه با احاديث و روايات، به رعايت اصول اخلاقي تاكيد مي نمايد. درك درست و دقيق ارزش هاي بنيادي اخلاقي مي تواند اولين گام در جهت رسيدن به جامعه اي سالم و مطلوب باشد. آنچه به عنوان گام بعدي و اساسي ترين گام در نظر گرفته مي شود عمل به اين ارزش ها در تمام ابعاد زندگي است. با توجه به وظيفه خطير سازمان هاي فني و حرفه اي در تربيت نيروهاي ماهر و كارآزموده، فرصتي فراهم آمده تا ضمن آموزش مهارت، اخلاق حرفه اي نيز ارتقا يابد و عرصه خدمتگزاري با فرهنگ الهي احيا شود. در مقاله حاضر، با تاكيد بر اهميت اين موضوع، در رويكردي تطبيقي گزيده اي از دستورات دين اسلام، يهود و مسيحيت پيرامون اخلاق حرفه اي مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته و در اين راستا، ابتدا به چيستي مفهوم اخلاق، اخلاق حرفه اي و ارتباط اخلاق با دين و تاريخچه مختصري از پيدايش آن اشاره شده است. در ادامه، برخي آيات قرآني پيرامون اخلاق آورده شده و در نهايت موازين ارزشي دين اسلام، يهود و مسيحيت در بابِ اخلاق حرفه اي مقايسه و سازگاري مفاهيم پايه اي ارزش هاي اخلاقي در اين اديان جمع بندي شده است. در انتها، توصيه هايي براي اجراي اين مهم ارائه شده است.

Stating ethical teachings is of the most principal pillar of the divine religions to achieve human being to the perfection. These teachings have constantly been guidelines for the people of the world for business. The religious leaders with their speeches and conducts have encouraged their followers to attempt to be styled with moral ornament. The holy Islam religion as the last and most complete divine religion emphasizes on the consideration of the ethical principles through the verses of the noble Quran and Islamic traditions. The right and accurate comprehension of the ethical and fundamental values can be the first step to reach a healthy and desirable society. What regarded as the next and the most fundamental step is to practice the values in all life dimensions. With attention to the important duty of Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) for training the skilled & experienced workers, it establishes an opportunity to increase the professional ethics meanwhile educating skills and revive the serving ground with the divine culture. In the present note with emphasizing on the importance of this matter, a selection of the Islam, Jewish and Christianity commands (instructions) have been examined with a comparative approach. For this, at first, the nature of the concepts of the ethics, professional ethics and the ethic relationship with the religions have been studied and also a brief history of its birth has been pointed. Beyond this, some of the Quran verses relating to the ethics have been investigated and at last, the ethical values of Islam, Jewish and Christianity about the professional ethics have been compared and the basic concepts of the ethical values in these religions have been collected. At the end, suggestions have been put forward.
