چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: داشتن نيروي انساني كافي و متخصص در حوزه سلامت، يكي از عوامل مهم و كليدي در بهبود كيفيت ارائه خدمات به شهروندان محسوب ميشود و همچنين كمبود نيروي انساني در اين حوزه، ممكن است هزينه هايي را بر نظام سلامت و جامعه تحميل نمايد. هدف اين پژوهش برآورد نيروي انساني مورد نياز در پاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان با استفاده از روش WISN مي باشد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و نوع روش توصيفي - پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري كليه فرآيندهاي آزمايشگاهي است كه در پاتولوژي علوم پزشكي سمنان صورت مي پذيرد كه از ۷۲ فرايند ۷۲ تا بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. سپس وضعيت به دست آمده با وضعيت واقعي در مركز مذكور مقايسه و اختلاف آن محاسبه و گزارش مي شود. داده هاي مورد نياز براي بررسي موضوع پژوهش، از طريق برگه هاي طراحي شده، مشاهده مستقيم فعاليتهاي بخش پاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان گردآوري ميشود. يافته ها: بر اساس نتايج اين پژوهش در حال حاضر در پاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان ۱۴ نفر كارشناس و يك نفر منشي مشغول انجام وظيفه هستند و در مقايسه نيروي موجود (واقعي) با نيروي انساني محاسبه شده آزمايشگاه ميانگين نيروي انساني كارشناس آزمايشگاه ۱۸/۸۹ نفر مي باشد. نتيجه گيري: كاركنان پاتولوژي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي سمنان جهت انجام حجم كارهاي موجود به دليل كمبود نيروي انساني تحت فشار هستند. مديريت و برنامه ريزي صحيح منابع انساني مي تواند با تضمين بهينه بودن حجم كار، به بهبود كارآيي كارها كمك نمايد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Having sufficient and expert Staffing in in health systems, is a key factors in improving the quality of services to citizens. Also, the shortage of human resource in this field may impose costs on the health system and society. Thus, this research aims at determining the Staffing Need in Pathology of Semnan University of Medical Sciences through WISN. Methods: Research method based on purpose was applied and data collection was descriptive- survey and WISN. The population includes all laboratorial processes in Semnan’ Patholog in which from 85 processes, 72 were selected as samples. Using WISN, the amount of work and standard time were selected as variables. Then, the new situation was compared with the real one and the differences were analyzed and reported. The research data were gathered through prepared time study form and direct observation. Results: According to the results, currently 14 experts and one secretary are working in Semnan’ Patholog. Comparing this real amount with the calculated one reveals that the average is 18.89 in the best situation is 18.05, in the worst situation is 19.76. Conclusion: The staff in the Pathology of Semnan University of MedicalSciences where study was conducted are constantly under pressure to match the existing workload due to shortage of manpower. Appropriate human resources management and planning can contribute greatly to the improvement of efficiency of their work by ensuring optimum workload.
