بررسي عوامل موثر بر رضايت سهامداران از عملكرد شركت‌هاي سهامي زراعي

Investigating the Factors Affecting Shareholdersיי Satisfaction with the Performance of Farming Joint Stock Companies

در حال حاضر شركت‌هاي سهامي زراعي از روندي رو به احيا برخوردار هستند و گسترش اين نوع نظام بهره‌برداري در دستور كار دولت مي‌باشد. در اين مطاله رضايت مندي سهامداران از عملكرد شركت‌هاي سهامي زراعي با استفاده از روش پيمايش و كاربرد تحليل همبستگي و رگرسيون ارزيابي شده است. اين تحقيق به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي بوده و براي رسيدن به اهداف از روش‌هاي اسنادي و ميداني استفاده ‌شده ‌است. جامعه تحقيق مشتمل بر 1899 سهامدار چهار شركت سهامي زراعي قديمي با سابقه فعاليت 45 سال بوده كه از بين آن‌ها 235 سهام‌دار با كمك فرمول كوكران و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي انتخاب و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. ميزان رضايتمندي در چهار سطح ناراضي، نسبتاً ناراضي، راضي و خيلي راضي برآورد شد . يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان‌ داد 48.1درصد سهامداران از عملكرد شركت‌هاي سهامي زراعي «راضي» و 17.8 درصد آنان «خيلي راضي» بوده اند. بر اساس نتايج به‌دست‌ آمده رضايتمندي اعضاي شركت‌هاي سهامي زراعي از عملكرد اين شركت‌ها در حد متوسط به بالا ارزيابي شد. بين متغيرهاي« مشاركت در تصميم‌گيري‌ها»، «نحوه رفتار و برخورد پرسنل»، «انتصاب افراد شايسته و لايق»، «تنوع محصولات توليدي» و «سطح رضايت مندي» سهامداران رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود داشت. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان ‌داد، متغيرهاي سطح سواد، مقدار سود سهام، مشاركت در تصميم‌گيري‌ها و انتصاب افراد شايسته و لايق، 83 درصد تغييراتي را كه در سطح رضايتمندي سهامداران به وجود مي آيد، توضيح مي دهند.

Joint farming stock companies are currently growing and the spread of this type of Farming Systems is already on the agenda of the government. In this paper, the shareholders’ satisfaction with the performance of joint farming stock companies has been evaluated. To this end, Correlation and Regression techniques were used. This research is an applied one with a descriptive-analytical approach. For collecting data, two techniques of documentary and surveying methods have been used. The population used in this study consisted of all 1899 shareholders of four old Joint Farming Stock companies, out of which 325 members were determined as the study sample using Cochran’s formula and the stratified random sampling technique. The analysis of data was done by using SPSS software. Satisfaction was estimated at four levels: unsatisfied, relatively unsatisfied, satisfied and very satisfied. The research findings indicated 48.1 and 17.9 percent of shareholders were "satisfied" and "very satisfied", respectively, with the performance of joint farming stock companies. Members’ satisfaction from the performance of joint farming stock companies was evaluated at moderate to high level. There was a statistically significant relationship between "participation in decision making”, “mode of the personnel’s behavior”, “appointment of competent persons”, “diversity of products" and "shareholders’ satisfaction" level. The results of regression analysis revealed that level of education, the amount of dividends, participation in decision-making and appointment of competent persons explains 83 percent of changes that occur at the level of shareholders satisfaction.
